The owner Mr. Hemant Mehta was very prompt and professional, firstly in analyzing the root cause of my noisy furnace, presented me with options and the pros/cons of each option, with no pressure one way or another. All at a very reasonable rate.I thought about it overnight and decided the next day to replace the furnace primarily because I was very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. Besides, he also provided a very good quote. He replaced the furnace, cleaned up, and explained every step during the installation process. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

My furnace was not working without hot air this Saturday so called OM heating and cooling after performing some online research. I got instant response and technician arrived on time about an hour later. The technician was very experienced and professional. The issue was identified and fixed quickly. We are very happy with the service and will recommend the company to friends.

Quoted $1700 for the same job but others charging around $11-1200. Priced should be competitive but these guys are ripping off hard earned money for there customers.

Had trouble with my heating furnace going on and then off in 2 mins. Great company and the owner, he assisted me in troubleshooting at 10pm and we figured that it’s blower motor. He cane in the morning with the correct motor and it was all up and running in no time. Amazing service.

I called OM Heating and Cooling last year to take a look at my AC unit. All he did was reset the pressure switch. This does not require any technical knowledge whatsoever. This is a repair I could have done myself. It was 15 mins of work and he charged $150. Find yourself an honest technician or better yet troubleshoot with youtube videos before calling

I was stuck with my furnace not working and turning off and on again and again. I had called another technician to look at it and he said that i need to change my furnace even though it wasn't that old as the motor was not working as was expensive to get a new one. I wanted a second opinion so luckily i called Mr. Hemant and he came and diagnosed the issue . He just told me that there was some garbage which he thoroughly cleaned it. He also had a spare motor with him in his car ( as i told him what the previous technician told me). Turns out my furnace just needed a cleaning and not a new motor . I was so thankful to mr. Hemant as he was not only prompt and thorough but also totally honest . he could have easily sold me a new motor or furnace as it was freezing in my home with 2 kids ...Infact after 2 days he called me to check if everything was running fine ! What an amazing service! He will be my go to for any heating or cooling related issues ever and i highly recommend him! thanks Hemant for being so Honest and proving excellent customer service
