I was looking for a JL amp ,my local dealer claimed it was no longer available and the there was no replacement. I went to JL and found GEMSEN was the rep in Canada so I pinged them. Turns out the first amp was no longer available, a new version was. I explained to GEMSEN I was in a rush to get an amp. They found in stock a new amp of the first model and assured me the price where the amp was would help me decide.Tony at Driven Audio had already heard from GEMSEN on my matter and was all over it. We chatted on the phone and with in 5 minutes I received UPS tracking details. So an email to GEMSEN not only enlightened me on what was available new, older etc, they basically dropped it in my lap. So I think any of the companies GEMSEN reps should feel they are in good hands ...as are those of us looking for a hand to find what we seek.

They tried to sell me a speaker when I brought back a woofer that is clearly under warranty based on what clarion states on their site.I'd stick with a different store for your audio needs.
