Fantastic service was met at the door as they only allow a limited number of people in the store answered a few questions and was directed to someone right away to get service I required. The woman who assisted us made us feel welcome. Got the deal I was looking for complete set up and moved to telus from another carrier. She took less than 30 minutes to port 2 numbers and set up the 2 phones thanks to her even though I do not remember her name she is the reason for the 5 star rating.

I've been in a few times since I moved here. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in last night to get a case and screen protector for my S8. They had to pull the stuff from the back because it doesn't launch until next week. I felt like they went out of their way for me to make sure I got something that night. Telus is still charging us ridiculous prices, just like all the other carriers, but I find they're nicer about it.

The staff is very friendly and greet you quickly when you get there even if there are other customers around. We had great service the last 2 times by Kyle. He was knowledgeable, approachable and helped us with our issue.
