The mall always feels like it's on the verge of going out of business. There is little real draw here besides the dollar store, and the other shops reflect that. It feels like it's in the process of transitioning to a drive up outdoor mall.

A place you'll only go if you absolutely have to. It's been on the decline for 20 years and I've watched it lose its food court, bank, pharmacy and dozens, if not hundreds of stores close their doors (usually within a year of opening, 2 at best.)It's an old building that was never maintained very well and it's kind of sad to walk in there now.When a friend comes to visit and asks if there's a mall in town, I just say no

this mall needs major renovations like this the only mall that I've ever been to that doesn't have a food court, doesn't have fast food joints in it, doesn't have stores like H&M, lids, foot locker, aldo, best buy etc it's just the source, dollarama and the rest are just small businesses and empty spaces from stores that closed down its horrible I would only come here to go to dollarama lol

Well, it's getting to the point of no return.Many boutiques are gone,closed.The ones that are still there are very polite and friendly. Try to encourage our locals I stead of big brand stores.

For all intents and purposes, this should be a busy successful mall in the heart of Chateauguay with a couple of anchor, stores, and lots of other brand name chain stores and maybe a cafe. Instead, it’s tired and in need of a facelift. The management company posts signs advertising an imminent renovation which would be welcomed by residents, but they have yet to deliver on the promise.

I travelled back to Chateauguay last week and walked the mall. It was once a very busy mall, now it's like a ghost town. So sad. Lots of great shopping memories here from back in the 90s.

A lot of stores did not survive the covid epidemic. Only a handful of stores remain. Most of my favorite stores are gone. No more restaurants inside the mall to get a coffee while waiting for the stores to open.

Many new stores! Chocolats Favoris, Yuzu Sushi, Allô! Mon coco and the best vapeshop in the South Shore, la Vapote!! Can't wait to see when the renovations inside the shopping center are completed.
