The first thing that comes to my mind when I hear Home depot is exceptionally good Customer Service"..And what makes this happen is the exceptionally good and well trained staff of Home depot.Thanks to Yash and Angel for providing a great experience yesterday. I bought 5 very heavy Concrete slabs (Easily 30 Kg Each). They both extended help to load them in my car. And at the time of loading these slabs

Very poor customer service of 9515 Mississauga Rd Brampton Home Depot store going to cancel membership. While buying the compressor they said in membership you can return it within a year. I visited their customer service today they asked Lamar manager of store then he refused to return my compressor. They pretended to go to the same store I bought it from then what is the meaning of Home Depot brand?

Store environment is very clean and friendly. All the staff owns your questions/queries/issues and answer accordingly. Every product is nicely managed and placed on shelves on isles. Special shoutout to one employee, Lamar, who went above and beyond to help me.

My husband and I are here almost every day. This store is the store for any kind of project you have going on weather its inside or outside of the house. Prices are very reasonable and really the staff is always there,to help you to guide you. Honestly speaking, the staff will even tell you if the product they don't have on shelf like,where else I can go and get it for cheaper price.

Every year we order 100 bags of Scott's Mulch. We have been using another Big Box store for this order, and while they did deliver, it was a cumbersome process. So I decided to try Home Depot. Ordered on-line, was able to select a delivery date and easy as that. The delivery showed up as scheduled, the driver was pleasant and asked us where the two skids were to be dropped, which he did. Product exactly as ordered, process smooth as silk, and moving forward I will always use Home Depot. Their online experience is miles ahead of their competitors !!! Highly recommended.

I had a really great positive experience at this store and makes me want to come back and spend more money there. James the manger did an amazing job helping me find out exactly what I needed. There is 2 more Home Depot in Brampton but I will only go to this one because of their amazing service. Thank you.

I am a big Home Depot fan and visited many different locations. Each location offers something special even though it looks all the same.I got quickly whatever I wanted. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed out to right aisle and guided well. Pro desk staff is very helpful.
