Not what I expected, Quantity very less for a $29 meal for two burrito bowls. Pinch if everything, only had 1.5 spoons before picture. Staff not entertaining

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food arrived quickly through Uber Eats, but it was cold and not up to my expectations. The tacos I ordered came with flour tortillas instead of the requested corn tortillas, and instead of queso, I received sour cream. The Churro with Dulche de Leche the Dulche de Leche was also cold and hard. Overall, the food was cold and not enjoyable

Terrible service. Girls were miserable and when my partner ordered pork she tried to flip him to beef. I came off the highway to go to a mucho burrito on my way through Milton specifically and was thoroughly disappointed. The didn't have beer or cream soda, two items that set them apart from other fast food places in Toronto. I've never been to a mucho burrito that did not offer this. Coupled with the burritos tasting off of the normal Mucho Burrito brand I honestly think I'll be contacting head office when they open to complain and let them know this location does not represent their brand.Picture is of churro (which was tasty but came with little caramel sauce :( )

Ordered Quesadillas on jan 23 at 8PM. Quesadillas had no filling at all, not even one bit. See picture. Very disappointed and very poor service from Mucho burrito.

It was okay. I am not a fan of burrito but this is a huge burrito. I wasn’t able to finish it in one sitting. We also ordered nachos and I liked it. The place was empty when we went, the staff wasn’t friendly, the girl never made eye contact and didn’t smile.

Calling what they sell a burrito is an insult to Mexican burritos. Ordered two steak burritos, still trying to figure it out where the steak was, the little meat they placed over there was some sort of stew meat instead of anything you can call beef steak, they spread an avocado guacamole paste on the tortilla which seemed to be in the tray for a few days since its flavour was stale and well over its time, this sort of contaminated the whole thing, come on people, are you trying to poison people or what? Not, I'm not a competitor trying to ruin your business, I was just trying to have a burrito and apparently I dropped by the wrong place.By the way if you email me asking to get in touch so you can correct it. Do you need me to get in touch with you to get things corrected, what is it, can you see what is wrong in your business?

Went when no customer was there. The staff was helpful.. portion was great.. tasted even better. Went for a Sauce top-up.. and not an eyelid was batted. Had the new Spicy Chicken one Going again soon.

We LOVE Mucho but stopped going ever since we moved to Milton because this location is a disappointment time and again. We always get shrimp from every location and here, they're always hard and chewy. Yesterday when we got shrimp they added the mini ones instead of the regular larger shrimp and they were hard as a rock and tasted SO OLD like the flavoring had gone bitter and they were grayish - see picture attached. Food is always cold, veggies are always wilted and bitter. Jalapenos are also old because the seeds are always black. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Mucho in Vaughan at Highway7/Weston to get lessons on how to make a dynamite burrito/bowl! You guys have the basics, you need to fix a few specifics to get your food upto par. Would love to come back if you fix things up!

Horrible.Went feb 14 2023.The chicken tinga bowl was small hardly any chicken or rice or corn came out to 15.65 I said no thanks and walked out. The lady started yelling at me and said mam you made this come back I just kept walking.Went to Mr. Dumpling and paid 12 bucks and they allways give allot of food.And freindly..I got a reply from the lady. Regardless. When some one says no vegie no salsaGive extra .I did ask for cornI don't eat peppersYou gave little rice I asked for extra she hardly put any on.Even extra corn .I saw 11.50 then she showed me 15 . That's when I said i dont have enough and walked out she yelled said mam I made this.I'm glad I walked out.Good bye.Please don't text me back .

Whenever im craving for buritos, torillas ot anything mexican. I go here since this is close to my work. Sometimes, they gave you small portions. It depends on the staff who works there i think. Food is okay and the staff is okay.
