BEWAREThey sell great cars, but the dealership charges you additional fees over the listed sale prices of their used vehicles. Listed prices should be exactly has posted, plus registration and taxes only.In Ontario, by law, they cannot charge you more but here they will insist that you pay an additional fee of $998.00 ( in my case) that they claim is some kind of dealership benefit that you getThey claim that it’s compulsory and you cannot decline.That is of true. All they are trying to do is find a way to go around the consumer protection laws of Ontario, on vehicle purchases and basically steel more money from you.There was no confusion. The sale manager’s exact words, “ there are no hidden fees, it’s right here in the contract and everybody has to pay this additional fee”The problem with that statement, is that it cannot be added to the price of the vehicle over and above the LISTED price, as per Ontario consumer protection laws

We just got our new 2023 CR-V at Orleans Honda and we could not be any happier. Although we have had several vehicles from this dealership location (always a great experience), this time around, we had the pleasure to deal with Omar. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.There is a shortage of vehicles everywhere right now; but Omar made it so easy to be available-any-time we had questions or any sort of inquiry. He was informative, responsive, and he went as far as to personally make sure we had a way to get to the dealership, when we were no longer able. His client-service skills are superb: He allowed us to try other models, he had honest recommendations and more importantly, he gave us the space required to come up with a decision.We had a very positive experience with both Omar in sales and Ali in Finance (who remembered us from previous sales). We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. We certainly look forward seeing them again in the future!

Ahmad is very Knowledgeable about cars and accommodated us with all our demands! I highly recommend him due to his determination, professionalism and fairness.Not to forget Jimmy, an expert in the financial area who helped us with all of our financing needs!I would like to point out that I was able to receive my 2023 hybrid CRV within less than a week of purchase. Customer service was very cold when I entered and made my experience pretty uncomfortable from the start, although, Helmad was nice to deal with and very kind.A couple weeks after visiting I ended up inquiring about a car and didn’t get a response so I ended up purchasing from a different Honda dealer. Would have really liked to see more attention and care.

What a great experience. I brought my new Honda Civic Si for service and I felt really listened to me regarding my issues and made helpful suggestions. The friendly staff where accommodating and knowledgeable. It was easy to book the appointment online and make changes. Communication was good to with Text updates and phone call.

Called to book an appointment. Had questions about service and pricing. Lady was unable to provide any info. I was told that I will be transferred to service rep. Was on hold twice 5-10 mins. Both times called hung up itself after a while. Left a message for someone to just call back, never received a call! Maybe this is a result of too much business?? These are just facts, good or bad you judge it for yourself!Update: Received a call from a Director of quality, had a great chat. The fact he made an effort to call and inquire proved to me as a business they care. Ben was very apologetic about my experience and in the end made things right. One thing to note from service side of things and I’ve been going to them for years now, Orleans Honda has always done an awesome job of servicing all my cars. They do a good job and they do it on time.
