Traditional Karate Ontario
I went to karate in the park and was led through some karate stances, and movements. I was also taught some of philosophies of karate along the way. The instructor Andy was patient with me as I learned the basic moves. I felt relaxed and like I had a good workout after it was completed. I would definitely recommend this.

Great workout, I'm down 10 pounds already! The knowledge and experience of the sensei's is vast and they are very patient with a newbie like me. It is also a fantastic value money-wise as I also bring my son to karate so we both benefit from the exercise, discipline and new found skills.
