Budget Car Rental

I rented and paid for a full size but got a Hyundai Accent instead. It is frustrating considering that I got a car that is 2 classes below. The guy at the counter was not very helpful, and he even went on to say that the whole Montreal doesn’t have full size for the weekend. This is ridiculous because I rent cars almost every other weekend very often from the airport. He shouldn’t make these foolish assumptions.However as I drove, the car was nice and managed well. It is a pleasant surprise to be honest. Me and my friend both enjoyed the ride. To add to it, the car is very fuel efficient, achieving 5.9l/100km.When I returned the car, the manager Mr. Chiadmi was very kind, he apologized for the experience. He was very sincere, I was moved. He even gave me movie tickets to make me happy. So I am changing my review; and to be honest, it is a pleasant experience after all, saved by the good trip me and my date had and the manager Mr. Chiadmi. Thank you so much! I believe being sincere, kind, and truthful is the correct way to run businesses!

Tuesday morning 9am and the place looked closed not even opening hours were available. I called around noon and someone actually picked the phone. The agent was helpful and advised that sometimes on the website there's better deals/offers. Only place open during labor day to return the rental. Great experience overall

There was only one employee today inspect cars, clean them and process car pickups so it way long but apart from that they took good care of me.
