Crush Pools

I have used Crush Pools for several years to assist with my pool. Greg and his team have always shown a great attention to detail, timely service, and always a quick response time to questions and issues that I have. They are able to help with complex technical issues that arise from time to time, always at a fair price. It is a joy to deal with a private company that cares about its customers rather than the big box stores. I highly recommend them!

Just got off the phone with Kate who was A-M-A-Z-I-N-GShe was so helpful and knowledgeable and just really cared about trying to help me with some newbie questions in regards to my pool and how to go about getting the water to look good (just bought a house end of 2020 and first time with this salt pool/equipment).The company that actually put the pool in (not Crush) sent some outside contracting company to open it last Friday but looks like the follow -thru to shock and get me started did not happen (following up on that now).Anyways, Kate was very helpful and has me on the right path to getting this resolved.This is what great customer service is all about and I plan on switching over to Crush to close my pool and become my go-to-company for my pool needs in the future.

We've used Crush Pools for our pool opening and closing for the past 3 years and they have been amazing. We've used a couple of other companies but Crush Pools crushed the competition. They always respond quickly to questions I have about our pool and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Whoever this driver was today they just about side swipped we because going almost 70 in a 60 wasn't good enough riding my bumper. They were driving like they were impaired. Almost side swip me to cut me off to hit a red light I yelled I was gonna report them and they gave me a thumbs up. Just wanted to let the customers know who they're dealing with. Youre lucky I didn't have my dash cam in the car I was driving I would have sent it to the cops. Racing down the down the street swerving in and out of lanes is very dangerous especially with stuff in the back. You can clearly see he's tailgating the infront of him in the picture.. lol... Don't you think someone is gonna say something with your business logo on the truck, grow up.License plate: AS 66103

EXCELLENT SERVICE! EXCELLENT VALUE!We had a new pool installed just last summer and we needed a really pro company to open it, close it and maintain it... Crush pools did the trick in all three categories. These days you never really know what you’re going to get from a service company and, if you’re like us, when you find an operation that is really good you hold on to them like gold... The guys at Crush are absolutely fantastic! They’re super knowledgeable and really know their stuff. They’re honest! They’re rates are reasonable and they are reliable! We couldn’t ask for anything more. Finally!... a good pool company!Highly recommended!

Greg and the team at Crush have been looking after our pool for the past two summers. They do a fantastic job, are very reliable and provide great communication. Highly recommend Crush if you are looking for great pool service.

I have used Crush for openings and closings for the last few years. They are timely, efficient and thorough in their work. This year I had a hose from my pump to my filter suddenly spring a leak. I contacted Crush and they sent someone out in less than 24 hours to repair it. On the first visit they realised that they needed an additional part, left and returned within an hour to complete the repair. I would heartily recommend Crush for any pool services.

we used crush to close our pool this year. they did not complete the job and billed us the full amount anyway. (only offered a partial refund after we called in with concern). several weeks later the cover started to pop out and we called them twice to fix it. we never got a return phone call, and i had to put the cover on myself. next time ill call a competitor or do it myself, but certainly won't waste money with this company.

I worked for Crush Pools in the summer of 2020. Greg is by far the most fair, respectful, communicative and understanding boss I've ever had. He goes above and beyond for his clients and his staff, always making sure everyone is on the same page and taken care of. The rest of his team were incredible to work with and hold themselves to the same values and standards. I've had to hang up my pool boy shoes for the time being but I can guarantee if you go with Crush your pool will be in great hands.

We used Crush for the first time to open our pool - we were super impressed by the quality of the service. The team is very professional, responsive, organized and friendly. They went above and beyond and answered a bunch of our questions (we are first time pool owners). I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to other!!
