The store was clean and well lite. The staff was friendly and approachable. The store was well stocked but the item I wanted was a little expensive then other stores. They do have good prices on many products. 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and 11am to 6 pm Sunday.

We went for a Citizenship photo and they were in a hurry, the young lady didnt had patience to take more pics and gave one finally with my hairs on one side of pic. please avoid going in here.

Lauren and Gayane was extremely supportive and helpful and made sure to resolve my issue ASAP. Appreciate the dedication that they put behind the work

I had ordered custom print socks as a Christmas gift. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product and gave the review on the product and explained what I was unsatisfied with. Within a few hours, Syed the general manager of the store emailed me and did everything he could to fix the problem. Although I was unsatisfied with the order the customer service I received was excellent and I would recommend going to this staples again.

Staples should Teach the employees a bit manner instead of helping asking customers to go and come tomorrow 13 minutes before closing.I didn't expect such a behavior and needed 4 page to scan urgently but by employee kicked me out.Very disappointed from rude act.

Just visited this Staples as I’ve began a new job working in the area. I priced several items including 3 large whiteboards with stands and a desk for my office.I needed a small print job so I approached the printing desk to ask for assistance as I wanted the paper that is a few levels up from what is offered on the self serve machines. The salesperson stated that I could place an order and it would be ready for Friday. I’ve printed with staples for years and have never been told I had to wait. My order is always taken and produced right away. I stated this to the staff who replied we’re busy with orders and aren’t doing same day printing today. There were 3 people behind the desks at the printing station. Non of them looked particularly busy. Unfortunately I will not be bringing my business to this staples again. In business there’s no time like the present to get things done. Dissatisfied customers don’t return. I work to a schedule and am now behind. On my way to the next Staples near me who assured me my order could be filled immediately."

Accommodating staff, friendly cashiers and prompt service.I used the Print Center and they were very accommodating in our time sensitive project that required A4 sized printing. Something I just cannot do at home.They had it done for me under 24 hours and communicated with me what the timeline was. When I arrived it was ready, stapled and in a protective box.The aisles were clean and organized, everything was faced and easy to find. Great example of a Staples and looking forward to using their print center in the future.

Went in to buy 2 laptops. Watched multiple employees doing nothing. I Asked an associate for a person working in the department. And proceeded to wait, saw the employees and they seemed to try to avoid me. So I'm avoiding this store.I recommend the same to anyone that actually want to purchase something
