The manager Alan was very clear when we spent 650.00 on a watch that it could be price matched up to 30 days after. We were just there and he would not honor his word. Would not shop here or spend money here. Customer service by this manager is rude.

This jewlery store is way above the rest in the area. The quality, as well as the customer service. Allen was super helpful and friendly, wasn't pushy at all. We ended up buying a ring that was more expensive than we originally were going to get, and Allen did not push us on it at all, it was our choice, which we really appreciated. We are super happy with the ring! The quality was much higher than comparable rings at competitors, and the price was better as well! Thanks for all your help and knowledge Allen!

Mia helped us choose my fiancé’s wedding band and she was really kind and let us take our time deciding. We have 1 free re-size within 12 months of purchasing the ring so that’s a really nice option because he isn’t used to wearing jewellery. Their prices are super competitive and there’s some lovely pieces in the store.

I've been shopping here for years and love their items and pricing. All the staff there are super helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I was there, the manger Allen, (even during the pandemic) made it easy, safe and quick for me to find what I wanted and gave me a great deal as always! Thank you for years of outstanding service, I will definitely keep returning and highly recommending others to visit this jewelry store.

If you want your white gold plating to fade to a rose gold color and the diamonds to fall out of the band, then Ann Louise is your jeweler. My 1200.00 band that I got on sale for 600.00 was a waste of money. Terrible customer service, no help at all.Update: Another diamond fell out again, totalling 3 diamonds now. Finest garbage jewelry around. (The photo is of the latest diamond to fall out.)

We went there to look at engagement rings. All diamonds were 50% off. We looked at two other jewelry stores and came back and bought a stunning engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. So excited! They are now being sized. The sales clerk was fantastic. I think his name I'd Richard. Great service fantastic quality.
