O'Flannigan's Liquor Store

If I could just give a 0 star review I would. Not only does this establishment hire rude and disrespectful people. They feel like it's totally appropriate to throw buckets of water on the homeless. I've personally never met more disrespectful people in my life, and I've met a few. Will never purchase a thing from them again. I fully understand what it's like to have the homeless hang around but to dehumanize them is just wrong.

Wow, allowing employees to throw buckets of water on homeless people is a disgusting policy of this establishment. (Where did they get the idea from??) They don't deserve to be able to serve the public. It's a privilege to do business with the community, not a right!.

Purchased a 26' bottle of liquor as a present for one of my friends, as I was walking across the street to the bus it fell out of its brown paper bag and cracked, all the liquor drained out of it. I had to catch the bus immediately so I put the two pieces back in the bag. I tried to get a hold of the manager multiple times, I called three days in a row and she was either busy or away, they told me to call back on a certain day so I did and she still wasn't available. (No one else could do anything or wanted to talk to me about it) I went in 4 times and on the fourth time she was available, I explained this to her and she told me that it was odd I wasn't able to get a hold of her and that she was in 6 days a week (she was condescending and made it seem like I was lying) and I know for a FACT she isn't in 6 days a week, she wasn't there 80% of the time I either called or went in. She said she wasn't able to do anything even though their paper bag was faulty. Lost my lifetime sales + customer forever because you wouldn't replace a $30 bottle that broke because of your faulty bag.

This Liquor store is a clean and respectful place to go to when it's time to unwind after a long day's work.

The only liquor store downtown. The next closest place is near the Train station pub on Clement. As a result, they can charge pretty much whatever they want. Considering this fact, this place isn’t so bad. I haven’t had a bad experience with staff, and their discounted packs of coolers or beers aren’t too exorbitantly priced in a pinch. Everything else, on the other hand, has a 15-35% markup compared to BC liquor

$40 for a 12 pack of beer before taxes. There is no reason for it to be this higher other than greed

I wish I could give 0 stars. To go out and throw water on a homeless person is horrible. You guys deserve to be put out of business.

Went there after jog on Tuesday. I don't drink, my roommate asked me to pick Heineken 6 pack cost $14+. I gave the cashier $20 and she returned 1 bucks and some change. I picked up two sweets costing $4 and got back $4. I asked for both receipt and only got one. Was this deliberate?

The staff & management think its acceptable to deal with a particular homeless man who sits outside their store by throwing buckets of cold water on him. That is assault and I will make sure all of the people I know do not support that business until they can address & correct this disgusting behavior.

Lady running till did awful job ruined my Sunday in Kelowna buddy selling vapes did a great job and helped me with what I neededThe lady at the till (don’t know her name) was rude and very unhelpful and made me look bad. I really do not like the disrespect and hope you follow up with ur staff
