I bought a laptop for my father in December 2018. Great price and the selection is huge btw.Being a more traditional type of user, upon my dad's requests they changed the laptop from windows 10 to 8.1.Now, my dad ended giving me the laptop for personal reasons 3 months later. I call them and politely asked if they wouldn't mind flipping back to Windows 10.... Which they did. When asked how much for the service, they waved everything.NOW, THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES.Thanks again guys!!!!!

bought a laptop here yesterday. awesome selection and prices for laptops, I gave the guy my budget and he even reduced a price for a more expensive hp probook 4530s so that i can afford it. awesome bargaining and its the one i was looking for. everything works awesome and he was nice with my kids. awesome experience and i will be returning here if ever in need. i do need to update to windows 10 cuz its currently on 7, but thats fine, i knew that when i paid for it. No secrets here!Update: so the computer I got had a defect in it, so they honoured their guarentee and exchanged the hp and gave me a more expensive laptop Asus for free. They were very kind. And this laptop already has the windows 10 installation. Winning

I bought a used Macbook pro from them 4 years that is still going strong. And prior to that they helped me out with other equipment when I was in a real emergency...quality customer service is hard to come by these days. These guys are great!
