Got my haircut from the young gentleman in the middle chair, very good with the scissors and excellent with the fade it was flawless. Highly recommend this place

It is Nice, good hair cuts, friendly staff. It is clean and the owner is a really nice guy The only thing is the prices are getting a bit high. I understand inflation is going up, but unfortunately most peoples pay cheques are not. I go every 5 to 7 weeks for a hair cut now as opposed to before when I went every 4 weeks. Overall great barbers just think the prices are a bit steep but that is the new norm at alot of hair stylists now it seems I suppose.

First, Ali is a wonderful man and if you're going to a new barber I would recommend. Quiet, quick, efficient, polite (Gave me a complimentary beard trim and hair wash!) and always ready to engage in good conversation. Wait was about 15 minutes so nothing outside the norm.What I really liked about this place was the fact that it's quiet. The TV is set to a reasonable level, there's no loud background music, the place is small, clean, and classic barber shop. I've been to a few higher-priced barbershops and you're not necessarily paying for quality of cut as much as environment. And even then, the service in those places can be hit-or-miss. Here that's not the case.I really liked the quiet, calm atmosphere. If you or someone you love has sensory issues and doesn't like loud noises or overwhelming environments, Royal is perfect. In and out in just about 45 minutes, $28 for a cut ($25 for seniors) which is reasonable value considering the service and environment.This place will be where I go from now on, to be honest. Nothing tremendously fancy, a reassuringly consistent place.

Disappointed. Why is the rush?I grew hair for two months, and it took a few minutes to ruin.I don't want to give a bad rating for one visit, so I give four stars with my experience below.Visited on Afternoon to avoid any rush or busy time. I was all alone.Shaun/shan,/Shawn attended to me. I showed him photos and explained to him what I wanted. All it took for him to trim it down.Never visiting again.

Personal touch with impeccable service. Have been going here for as long as I can remember. Warm and safe atmosphere with a sincere desire to give you a GREAT cut. You will be well serviced by Ali and his staff!!!

If you’re just getting a simple clipper/brush cut sort of thing, it’s not worth the price. Ali does a rush job, and $28 later I was at home trimming the stray long hairs with scissors.Last time I was here, Louie took his time with the same haircut, and so I didn’t feel ripped off paying $28.If you have really short hair that is clippers only, you might want to go elsewhere. Or wait for Louie.
