Best shop around. I've been buying products from TOTW since I started snowboarding 12 years ago.I recently broke the boa on a pair of snowboard boots and instead of just filing a warranty claim with the manufac and sending my boots away, which would leave me without boots for weeks... Cory (owner) went to another shop down the street and bought the same boots for me so that I could keep riding instead. amazing service - shop local.

I went in here for the first time since it has been on Bank Street and I ended up getting some Nice shoes (New Balance 1010 Tiago’s) everyone at the shop was so nice and down to earth! Wicked Friendly Vibe 100%

The best store I've been to in my life, nicest customer service ever. I'm beginning skateboarding and wanted to buy a board and they gave me a $10 discount and sticker and a skateboard tool for free. I love this place and recommend it to anybody interested in skateboarding or snowboarding!

Amazing shop! I was looking to buy a whole new set and they were super friendly and helpful. They shared lots of information about all the products. They weren’t pushy or simply looking for a sale. I needed a large binding and rather than push the medium on me, the guy honestly said to look somewhere else. He said the medium could get by but even he wouldn’t snowboard with it. They helped me buy everything else needed for new gear. Super helpful!

Went today to buy a board and I had no idea what to get or what the parts were. Some very nice guy (forgot his name) talked me and my mom through all the steps and explained everything so well. Super cool place and super cool dude! Really rec :)))
