We got a new livngroom set that was a lot whiter than we realized when ordering it. A friend recommended we get scotch guarding immediately. I emailed on a Saturday and someone got back to my on Monday, and was able to book me the same day! Miranda went out of her way to help me seeing as how the technicians were already fully booked for the week. I think my technician's name was Ben, he was awesome! In and out so quickly and gave me great advice on how to upkeep. Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This company is truly amazing to deal with - a breath of fresh air!My wife and I bought a new home and did some renovations, so we decided to call in some professionals for steam cleaning the carpets. We were eager to get into the house and asked them to come give us a quote quickly and on short notice. They managed to arrange a visit the same day we spoke - great service!Paul came out to give us a quote. He was efficient, courteous and friendly. He gave us lots of options based on our needs, and wasn’t pushy - and the pricing was very fair! We ended up booking, and they managed to squeeze us in within a couple days of the quote.Paul and I spoke the morning of, and he mentioned that they were very busy, had some guys call in sick, and he had been having a challenging day. He was worried that we may need to get pushed back. We mentioned how important it was for us to get in the house ASAP and Paul amazingly managed to get a crew together that day and came to help with the work himself! I wish every company operated like this.He came with a guy (I can’t recall his name - maybe Johan?) who was also super nice, friendly, and did a great job! They were effective, explained the process, professional, and our carpets look awesome! They even took their time coordinating the job to make sure they limited stepping on the carpet.The best part was, the office checked in frequently to be sure we were happy. The guys checked in to see we were happy at the end of the job. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them from start to finish.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don’t get anywhere else, you will be let down, trust me. This company is the best at what they do.

I have used Canadian Carpet Cleaning over the years to come in and clean my house throughout. I wish I could have them on a weekly basis! .. I have recommended them to many of my colleagues. Outstanding outstanding outstanding customer service from the second I called to the moment the service team left the house! Impressive company! They are truly committed to customer satisfaction! I called them after a DIY Bissell attempt failed! Which left my couch sitting in dirty water that could not be extracted by the rental machine for a little over an hour. My emergency situation was acknowledged. A team was sent out with a lead man by the name of Paul who was already done working for the day. They arrived a little over an hour later!! Their fast service was impressive! My time sensitive emergency situation with my couch needing dirty water extracted ASAP was acknowledged with great empathy compassion and kindness from the woman who took my call to the lead man who excepted the service job. This company is truly committed to responding to the customers needs! I was acknowledged as a time sensitive need do to Pauls response to my unique situation and his years of experience in his industry! Industry knowledge and experience with amazing customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty equals PEACE OF MIND!I was not even charged for the emergency fee! All I can say is WOW! and recommend them every chance I get! I even created a post on my Facebook page with this review because they are worthy to be referred & advertised! They are truly worthy of as many referrals as I can give them when it comes to their upholstery and carpet cleaning services and furthermore I appreciated and enjoyed their professional, personable and pleasant interaction during the service call! We are currently selling our home. We had Paul and his crew steam clean all carpeting, wash all trim, doors, and wash all hard surface floors. We found they worked tirelessly until the job was completed. They were very pleasant and respectful at all times. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home. Canadian Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services are a very professional and courteous company. Paul inspected my kitchen floor and talked me through the problem and we discussed a few solutions. The appointment to go ahead with the cleaning was made that same week and the job took as long as Paul had anticipated. He is not only a fantastic floor technician, but a fun and lively conversationalist! And, I love my floor!

The service performed was getting out almost 50 years' worth of ground-in dirt from my linoleum kitchen floor. They used professional products and equipment. Friendly, professional service. Would recommend!
