Niagara Falls International Airport

The agents at the ticket counter for Allegiance were very friendly and helpful. The airport is very clean, quiet ,and modern.

Sharp and clean regional airport. Well designed. Straightforward and not confusing. Only downside is the limited service offered by it's one airline (Allegiant)

This is a nice little airport to go to if you are going to Myrtle Beach or Florida. Allegiant flies out of this airport and the TSA lines are really quick compared to the Buffalo airport. The manager who takes care of the customer service and ground operations is very unprofessional. I applied for a ground operations agent position on January 12, 2023, and on January 21 the manager called me about the position. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number right away, and I called her back. She acted like I never called her. I reapplied again for the same position and no answer yet. If I was a manager and if I called someone for an interview, I would call that person back if he/she called me back.

So wanted to let people know that Kat( allegiant air manager)and her staff helped me out with a huge problem following the major snow storm at Christmas,. We missed our flight and Kat worked alll day for us, to get us on the one and only flight there was to Florida..her whole staff was amazing, and they ended up saving our family vacation. I can't thank them enough, especially KAT , for everything !! I won't ever forget it..thank you Kat and the allegiant air staff!!

Nice staff, small, and easy to navigate. Needs more outlets in the terminal. People crawling over each other to charge their phones before flights.

Love this Airport. Small, efficient and economical. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to travel to Florida this is a great option.

TSA was amazing. Every agent was very helpful and accommodating for a family traveling with two young kids. Doing their job to protect and serve but did it with a smile on. It made going through security so much easier with the kids.

Local, small, and not so crowded airport operated by Spirit. Check-in, boarding pass, and bag tags are self-service. There are 2 vending machines for snacks, bottled drinks, and a coffee machine.

Had such a great experience at the airport. The staff and security were awesome. Timing to get thru everything was amazing

Parking is extremely cheap 13$ day. Small quiet airport, TSA is extremely fast as long as you follow all the instructions. Boarding an unboarding was extremely fast and efficient. Our pilots were fantastic and even got us to our destination early. Great prices and you are able to add on what you want to spend, carry on, checked luggage, seating, in flight drink/ food. They offer car rental, bus pick up, outdoor area close by for dogs to use.
