My daughter took her beloved dog there, and we will NEVER go there again. He was cut a few times by the groomer. They do not take the dogs out when they have to go outside. They have no dog run for the pets to even go outside if they wanted to. The appointment took 5 and a half hours. Way too long and stressful for any pet. Groomer has to learn time management and/or not book so many appointments.Very dissatisfied and will not go back again.

Crystal is awesome at what she does!! Amazing customer service and you can tell by the quality of her work, that she truly cares about her clients. Both human and fur baby. Both ladies gogabove and beyond. I would highly recommend any cat or dog take a walk on the red carpet to Hollywoof!! They won't regret it! Thank you ladies for what you do.

Cristal is amazing. She was so kind and loving to our puppy, it made us feel super at ease and trusting of her knowledge. Our pup was from the SPCA and we had followed their grooming suggestions, however our baby's undercoat was matted and the suggested tools were not getting them out. Cristal took her time, contacted us with updates, and even teared up because she was worried we would be upset by the news she'd need to be shaved. She is totally in this business for the right reasons and cares about these animals so much! We will for sure be back!!

This place is amazing! The girls are so friendly and really made me feel at ease leaving my fur baby there for his first haircut! I know my pup is a little brat but crystal was so calm with him and I snuck peeks at her scissoring his face! I’ll be a regular customer !

Crystal is an amazingly talented, dedicated and super bubbly groomer; the dogs love her more than she loves them (which is a lot of love!). Her cheerful composure radiates off of you the moment you meet her and you always feel good about leaving your beloved pets in her hands. There’s no one I would rather go to especially with the prices she has!

The brindle pack give Crystal 5 paws. We frequent Hollywoof and Wilson regularly for nail trims and people exposure. Everyone in my pack will hop on the grooming table to lavish Crystal in kisses. We have not had any nails done by Tori but she will come over and show affection to my crew when we are there. I would highly recommend a trip to Hollywoof.

The groomers are amazing and super knowledgeable. I honestly dont trust a lot anyone with my dogs theyrea little unpredictable, but i never stress when they are with crystal. Shes amazing.

They made my puppy Luna look so cute with rhinestones on her ears and she was happy when I picked her up! I found the prices to be reasonable also.

I followed Crystal from her previous salon to Hollywoof because she does the absolute best job when it comes to my dogs! They are never stressed or act funny when I come to pick them up and she always has them looking amazing! The best groomer I know, hands down!! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!
