Laebon Rental Communities - Head Office

Spoke with Lynda Meek about Lonsdale Green apartments in Red Deer AB. She was excellent providing great service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for clean accommodation.

If these rude and ignorant people are supposed to be the face of the Laebon company, then anyone considering a home or rental should seriously consider looking elsewhere

2022 -Laebon is a great place to rent. considering the volatile rental market we are currently in . Their prices stay competitive.2023 -Update to my original review: Well last year they upped my rent by $120 and this year it is $260 to make my rent $1425/month, with the threat it could be more. And the explanation they are at market value.I have found a 4 level townhouse, only about 5 years old for $1200/month. I now have a little back yard all my own. So Laebon - stick your market value idea up your bank account. You won't be swilling away my cash.You think $260 increase to 64 units per building and they have 3 buildings at Timberstone Village. Plus all their other buildings across Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. They are just being money hungry!

Amazing place to live. Love the view. Over at the complex's on Timothy drive. Definitely recommend!

My parents have lived in a Laebon Apartment for 3 years. Unfortunately they have to move to another city. Being on a fixed income was causing them grief. Matthew, the General Manager at Laebon, was so accommodating and helped my parents juggle the funds for a great outcome. Even though they were leaving he still stepped up and went out of his way to help them. We need more people like him and more businesses like Laebon in the world!

Mr. Andre Giannandrea doesn't seem to realize there's a thing called discrimination and defamation of character! Alberta Human Rights Commission / act you'll be schooled on it very soon!

Love living at Timberstone Village. Great place. Highly Recommend! Staff is flexible, friendly and management is really awesome.

I rent with Laebon in Sylvan Lake and they have been extremely accommodating and prompt with any requests, concerns or maintenance.
