Cannot recommend if you have some kind of emergency. Not a very nice approach to the potential patients.

A great family dentist. Dr. Nguyen is a very polite, professional and caring dentist. He takes time to explain everything and does excellant work.

First of all they won't stop calling me to make an appt. It feels like they're telemarketers. Last time I went the place was packed as they fit in as many patients as possible who wait a really long time to actually see the dentist. When you do see the dentist he just tries to sell unnecessary procedures. I say unnecessary as I overheard him trying to sell the same procedure to every single patient, telling all of us we had the same issue (that my old dentist never once mentioned) and that our insurance would cover it, because yes he seemed very aware of each patient's insurance. Really bad. I will never go back. I've had to block their number.

Not a fan of dentists, but Dre. Jean Nguyen is among the best I've been patient to. He's just great! The assistance and hygienists are just awesome too! I always get great service and advice.I guess I have trust issues, so I've had some of his diagnostics double checked by my cousin which is a dentist, she explained his diagnostics and confirm their validity.To answer to some of the complaints absolutely the staff talk together, but when your mouth is full of drills, vacuums and everything else they put in there, I don't expect them to be silent.If that makes them happy and enjoy their work, it makes me happy because chances are they'll do a great job, which they do.All in all, great place. Give them a try if you're in the need for a dentist they are definitely deserve it, and I doubt that you will regret it.

Professional and very caring! I've had bad experiences with other dentists, but this place is amazing I'm so glad I walked into this place!!

Do not recommend this place.Receptionists didn't want to speak English. Didn't ask for insurance, I had to do the claim myself.Hygienist didn't rince after flossing, so my gums are inflamed for two weeks already, likely I'll have to see a specialist for this matter.Dr Nguen was very pushy and aggressive, he almost yelled at me and made me feel sorry for being pregnant and not doing an x-ray.

Worst experience every. My first filling fell out within a week and my other filling fell out a few weeks ago. So everything has to be redone. The dentist spent more time chatting it up with his assistant, then paying attention to my mouth. And on my 2nd appointment I waited so long because he was going from patient to patient that the freezing had to be redone. Don't recommend.

Avoid these 2 guys like the plague. I'm missing most of my molars but everything else is great because of lifestyle changes. After not seeing my regular dentist for almost 3 years, they admitted I have no cavities. I mention I have 2 chipped teeth bothering me and the Asian guy says we can't fix that, it will just fall out. Then European guy comes in, ya ya no problem. Insurance scam??? Last minute no thanks..I say I need 2 partials and I'm told no, it's not possible because my teeth are too worn out. I need $10 000+++ in implants. I literally ran out of there, had my x rays sent to my regular guy. $2700 later I have 2 metal partials, good for maybe 8 years, and feel great! Be very careful of what is charged to your insurance company!!!

I have to wait for an hour every time I come, and then the dental problem has not been resolved! Let's come back in two weeks! Our time is also precious!
