i would give zero stars if i could by far the worst experience i have had they dont reply to emails phone calls and texts they double charged me for 6 months and are just outright unprofessional do not go with them

Worst broker ever. I asked for car insurance for my wife and I. He only put me on the insurance. When I asked for my wife to be added he said he would send me some quotes. I didn’t get any. When I needed tenants insurance he said he would send me quotes for that along with quotes for my wife to be added. (This is 2 months after I started.) I gave a month notice before moving. Never got a single quote. Then found insurance on my own for way less with everything I needed. Mike Austen is the worst broker I’ve ever had. Had to cancel and pay a penalty that I was unaware of, but glad I don’t have to deal with that useless guy anymore. Lots of great brokers out there. I should have looked into it more before calling him. Don’t waste your time or money with him.

They know what they are doing and are easy to work with. I have been with them for 32 years and have never had an issue

I was Getting upset with Austin Noble Ins. So I called the manager about this and got a credit on my Insurance.Thank-you, Austin&Noble may stay for another 9 years or so!
