Rose and Crown Pub
Good food, the specials are really affordable! Good selection of drinks and the service is pretty good. The pool table is nicely located. You can see a tv from anywhere you sit. The only complaint I have to give is that some of the regulars who show up to eat/drink there are extremely rude and think that they own the entire pub, from aggressively staring at you until you're done with the pool table to straight taking food off of your plate, some wannabe biker behavior.

My father in law and I decided to pop in for the first time last week for some lunch. The place seemed quite busy at the time, our server was attentive, friendly and had a great sense of humour. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with a soup and was surprised at the large portion! Food was tasty and price was very reasonable. My father in law left his phone on the table and we didn't realize it until about 20 minutes after we left! I called the pub hoping the phone didn't get taken. They informed me the phone was found and safe behind the bar already! Amazing service and awesome staff! Will definitely be back!

I lead a group ride every Wednesday in the warmer months. Shelley, Natalie and the entire staff took excellent care of our group of 20+ riders. The food and atmosphere is top notch. Easy parking which is a bonus. Highly recommend this place for group functions as there is a private section you can reserve!

Trivia nights and $5 specials! You are welcome to bring your own outside food after their kitchen closes at ? pm. Casual seating arrangements offers larger groups to gather.

Watched the Arsenal game here on some obscure TV channel that most other pubs don’t have. Lunch special was delicious (roast beef, caramelized onions & cheese melt) with fries. Gravy was yummy too. Great service and Strongbow on tap which is becoming very rare to find (bottled, canned OR on tap) and the service was great. The food is always delicious here - I highly recommend!

Stopped here after a long run at boundary bay for a pint and the full english and the full english breakfast here is the best outside of england in my mind plate fully loaded for 18 dollars well worth a stop

Food was great, service was amazing . What more can I say. Will be coming back for sure! All staff super friendly and hospitable - best bar/pub owner in Shelly hands down. Food great also. I just can't say enough about this place. Slowly becoming my favorite pub. HG

I order a hot wings for to go, I was waiting for my ferry to go to Victoria. I decide to try cause I follow what was on the the reviews, but my wings were extremely over fry that all the meat was completely dry. Vegetables were really fresh at least, but I believe its not good to have wings for to go.
