My sister and I tried this agency for the first time for a trip to Italy. We will keep coming back. Also, when they suggest you take 24 hours to rethink your plans -DO IT!. They know what they are doing.

Booked a trip with 8 of my friends which happened in May. Super thankful to everyone who helped me out as a 19 year old booking a trip for the first time there was lots to go over, everyone had the upmost patience and respect for me. It was very easy to make appointments around my busy schedule as we met multiple times before my trip to ensure I was confident going to the airport. Will definitely be back for my next trip.

We called last Friday. After leaving our name and numbers with the person who answered the phone, we were promised a call back late that afternoon or the next day. We’re still waiting a week later…. We took our business elsewhere in the meantime.

Feeling utter disappointment with Four Point. To start, there were issues before the trip even started. I was sent an incorrect invoice after I had paid in full showing I still owed money, she refused to apologize for the error and blamed the keyboard. I moved on. I then received a long email with detailed information on excursions and day trips, which I did not request. Again, this was pointed out and they said my name just popped up. I sent several emails with inquiries to which she never responded. I asked for the managers information, no response. Next came the travel info, I had been asking for a general idea of my flight into for about 2 months, she never responded. It was stated we would receive our travel documents 24 days prior to our departure date, which they apparently felt was a good time to take a trip at that time. 2 weeks before my departure date I had NO IDEA when my flights were, what dates I needed to schedule off work, how to arrange care for my pets and I do not feel that is acceptable. Then we FINALLY receive our documents" that had absolutely no useful information

We are in the process of booking with Four Point Travel for the fifth time. Even throughout the pandemic and lockdowns they were providing first class service. They made sure we had all our documents and gave us great advice on resorts and tours. Our go-to travel agency.
