With the used car industry getting as hectic as purchasing a home I decided to start looking. My search took me outside of my town of Saint John to Fredericton where I found a GMC Terrain which had all the options I wanted and the price was where I could manage.I called the Steele GMC in Fredericton and spoke to Miranda, she was very helpful did a video of the Terrain and explained all the options. I was very interested at this point, I then as per her request for a video of my trade and sent it along with the payout of my lease. In no time she got back to me with great news.Then I was introduced to Chris in finance who was helpful, he managed to get the life insurance, extended warranty and was able to answer most of my questions. He did get a bit aggressive as things were winding down on me getting there the next day for a test drive before sealing the deal.Got there the next morning, the terrain failed inspection due to brakes and tires which at that point I almost walked away but that’s when Aseem came into the picture telling me the brakes and tires will be done at no cost to me, and also only one set of keys and promised to me with a handshake that if the second set of keys could not be recovered they would pay for a second set for me keyfob included.I had to return to Saint John that day with my old vehicle as the brakes and tires needed to be done. The Terrain was delivered the next day to my house in Saint John.Went to go for a ride that night and found a nail in my brand new tire which they came hood for too with dealing with Steele in Saint John for the repair.Also an issue with my backup camera that was replaced at the time of the new keyfob being replaced.Everything was a little shaky in the beginning but turned out positive and so far no regrets buying this GMC product.Thank you. Miranda. Chris and most of all Aseem the general sales manager, a true man of his word. There aren’t many like Aseem left , I very happy we have crossed paths.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady in the service department is is a con artist and she will rip you off. She somehow doesn’t understand the concept of booking an appointment and that’s her job!! Booked an oil change for 12 and she says “ok the guys are on lunch and they should get to it in a few hours “ unbelievable! If you can avoid this place at all costs you will be better off. Also don’t bother buying the “extra tire coverage “ because it’s a complete scam!

Bought a used 2016 Chevy Silverado from Steele in Fredericton. We drove back to Saint John and noticed a shuttering in the truck. We call Stelle immediately and they had us take it in to Steele in Saint John to have it looked at. Turns out the transmission was toast. Called Assem (sorry about spelling) the Service Manager. He advised us to take it to him in Fredericton and they would look into it. It was in fact the transmission. They ordered us a brand new one and put it in at no charge to us. They even delivered the fixed truck back to Saint John for us. They were kind and diligent even though we were frustrated. Thank you to Asseem and team for treating us so good. We really appreciate it.

Service is the worst! At Steele GMC in Fredericton expect horrible service. Service staff ( limited to the staff I have dealt with, please excuse this comment if we have not spoken as I cannot make a call on all staff) will get your vehicle fixed but don’t expect a pleasant experience. They make it seem as though their new product breaking is your fault and they will not help in difficult situations - I have a new truck that has been in the shop to many times, this time they had to keep it over night and rented my family a vehicle with tires that are at best described as summer slicks in the winter. After spending the kind of money it takes to purchase a vehicle your expectations will not be met if you require service at this dealershipI do not recommend this dealership!

Bought a brand new Buick Envision from Miranda Smith. The service was top notch from start to finish. They made a mistake on the price and still honoured the discount, couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I was overwhelmed by the attention to every part of my purchase from Miranda and her team. With over 30 years of owning vehicles this was the first time I felt that my financial goals were first and foremost. They made me a promise that they would deliver on what I’m looking for in a truck and my price range. Not only did they deliver they came in below the price we were shooting for. The constant communication from the whole team Miranda ( Aseem, Steve and Andrew) gave me the feeling of buying and not being sold . They have won ALL my future vehicles and the ones of my family.

Very disappointed with the quailty of my used vehicle purchased from Steele GMC Buick.Bought a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel, had the vehicle delivered only to discover a bad vibration at 100km/H and a nasty clunk in the front end.Called the sales manager who agreed to cover the cost to fix however i can’t get an appointment for over a month.In my opinion this vehicle was not ready for sale and should have never left the lot in this condition. I planned on driving this truck across Canada may 1st but now at potentially forced to postpone my drive because of these issues.Make sure you have your potential new to you vehicle looked over by a third party before purchase.

Helped me service my 2009 Pontiac Vibe, had a misfire on cold startup, brought it to multiple third party repair shop but no one was able to properly diagnose it so I figured dealership it was. Nolan Macbeth served me, very professional guy and he made sure to take the time to explain me what was causing the misfire when they properly diagnosed the car. Went in first time, they did a fix but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue, they offered a second diagnosis at free of cost and they were able to figure it out properly. Car had carbon buildup on the valves, they offered to service it but I simply didn’t have the funds so they let me know if I changed my mind to bring it back and that they would be happy to fix it. On my way out, the car battery died (it sat overnight on a cold night) but they did a free jumpstart on it and I was able to bring it back home. On another note they also took care of my recalls on my car immediately and in less then a few days all the recalls had been done! If you have the chance to be served by Nolan I highly recommend it, very knowledgeable and patient guy!
