Used eagle rock 2x. Once to install dishwasher and then just today to get our pilot light relit on our hot water tank. We called Troy at 10am on a Saturday and explained it would cost over $400 for an emergency call. Instead he talked us through how to do it on the phone, and saved us a chunk of money. Super professional, won’t take advantage, and wished us a good weekend after the call. Great professionally and just overall great people. Highly recommended

My dishwasher was leaking and my basement ceiling was dripping. Troy was able to come very quickly and did the repair. We set an appointment for him to fix my water shut off valves in a few weeks. I'm very grateful that he was able to come and save me on such short notice!

We have had need of a plumber twice in the last month for two different problems. The first was an emergency. Troy arrived ASAP.. and was professional, and competent, got the job done.
