HORRIBLE!! MY NAILS CHIPPED OFF EVERYDAY AND THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO NOW I HAVE CHIPPED NAILS THAT I WASTED MY MONEY ON. SINCE I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE NAIL POLISH, I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET A DIFFERENT COLOUR, AND EVEN THEN IT CONTINUED TO CHIP! I RECOMMENDED THEM TO SO MANY PEOPLE, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR OVER A YEAR AND THIS IS HOW I GOT TREATED?!

Lana and Lily are magic workers , i go to the location in NE not the mall location. they are absolutely amazing , they take care of your nails health and leave you with beautiful quality work, i’ve been going here for about a year now, and i’ll never ever replace them cause they truly are amazing !

I used to go here to get all kinds of service done as I live close by, but since there door and windows were broken and they have plywood on the door and window, like really??? Don’t you have the money to get it fixed,? I drive by every day, I will not go there with plywood on there, it’s supposed to be a nice peaceful relaxing experience, how when your establishment looks like that!!!!!! GHETTO

They did one colour no design new set acrylic short nails. They told me to short nail is starting $40 somthing dollars. And when I got there to show them what I wanted they told me $75 for short French tip design, which is okay butthen I realized my friends got the same design and everything for $50 and the ppl sitting beside me for getting longer nails with more designs for $70. They don’t have a set price, each customer they give them a different price and I don’t think that’s fair

This place was so disappointing, we had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment that was made the day before, then the owner, started arguing with my 69 year young mother about how the appointment was set up, literally yelled at her!!! She asked for 2 fills and a tip replacement on 1 nail. Well, they only booked for 1 person, and she tried to make my mother feel a though she was in the wrong. Then my mom left. I continued, got my fill and then the owner grabbed my right hand, from the side and said GIMMIE YOUR HAND." ..as the estitician was working on my left hand
