Conveniently placed for shopping at Canada Computers or eating at Sansotei Ramen, C'est Japon à Suisha and more. Pretty busy during the day but pretty empty at night.

The Indigo app used for parking is horrible. It’s often down and I mean often which makes it hard to pay for parking. When you call Indigo they tell you it’s your responsibility to monitor the app to see if it is back online. If it happens to get back online, you have an hour from when the apps comes back online to pay for parking or risk getting a ticket. They completely rely on this app for payment with no backup methods, you can’t even call in a payment!

Indigo, you need to take action and stop the false fire alarms originating from your garage and stairwell. You are responsible for causing a lot of grief and real discomfort for the residents of the Mondrian condo bldg. Action !!!!

Good location but that's all. More expensive than other spots in the area, payment booths rarely have receipt paper, and often give users problems. But the absolute worst part is that there is only one exit lane, and it can take 30 to 45 minutes before you can even make it out when everyone is trying to leave at the same time. It doesn't help that they also have issues with the payment machine at the exit gate, further increasing the wait time. Today I've been sitting in my car for 10 minutes and have moved forward exactly 3 car lengths. I'm on the 3rd floor so I probably won't be out for over 45 minutes.TLDR: park anywhere but here if you can.

Indigo app doesn't work all the time. No one can wait around indefinitely while trying to contact them. When you do get a hold of them and mention the issue, and offer to pay the daily rate once their system works, they threaten you with a parking ticket regardless. I would avoid at all costs

If you need the payment machine to give you a receipt for your parking to get reimbursed by your job like I do, park somewhere else. There's like a 25% chance any of the machines here actually give you a receipt at the end of the day and this place is unmanned so there's no one to talk to about it. I'm out like $88 so far because of this place.

States the close at 10pm but they hold your car hostage after 6pm . So u cant get it til the next morning , charging u way more than u needed to pay.. they falsely advertise they close at 10pm but BEWARE they steal your car !!! Fraudulent and thieves!!! Dont park there !!!! Ull lose your car for the night!!

Wouldn't accept any of my payment cards. Called for support and they didn't help at all. Just kept instructing me to insert my card and remove slowly. The payment kiosk was down too so I was stuck in this lot for 30 mins.
