Great customer service! Our agent, Dean, was patient, informative and never rushed us. So happy with our purchase and sale! From the first phone call to the last signature the whole experience for myself and my husband, who are first time buyers and sellers, was pain free! Dean's recommendations were sound and he always encouraged us to take our time and not rush into anything. Even the process in between all the paperwork was great! Our home inspection was done by Steve from HMP Home Inspections, and he was fantastic! Again, he took his time and we went through every room ,nook and cranny together. The detailed report he provided afterwards was thorough and clear. And when it came to selling our home the staff at the office were great in calling and letting us know about all the showings for the day. So happy we went with the Keven Flaherty team!

As first time home buyers, the process can be very exciting but also very nerve racking. Our realtor, Chris Eby, made this process very simple for us and gave us the confidence we needed to find our dream home. Chris made himself available to us every time we wanted to go look at houses and was always quick to respond to our questions and statuses on potential properties. We changed our mind on the location we wanted to buy in a couple times but Chris was always prepared and ready to roll. His agency also came with a team of people or contacts that we could source out for a home inspection, lawyers, etc., which again simplified the whole process and gave us reassurance. Overall Chris is amazing and we would work with him again in a heartbeat!

I may not have enough space to say all the good things about Kevin and his team. after having a very poor experience with a previous broker we turned to Kevin for help. My wife and I had done a little research for another broker and found Kevin in our search. Boy am I glad we did. When we met Kevin for the first time he took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel comfortable when we started with doubts. The team all are very professional when visiting our home to prepare for the sale.The online tour was fantastic . I have two great experiences to write about.... The first was with Kevin selling our home using social media to a degree that is futuristic. We had bookings in real time, 7 days a week and 16 hours a day! The office team were amazing and available all the time.
