Derrick and his young apprentice worked diligently at our leak and found several others. As well as a relief stem valve that blew . They cleaned up their mess and very professional about it. They came prepared and they did an awesome job and 4 units were happy that they cleaned up after themselves.

I advise anyone needing a plumber to use reputable companies, not like the one I used before that ripped me off and left me with a brand new tub stuck in a space , broken because they tried to force it into place

Best in the business no question. Was referred this business by a colleague in the industry, best decision we made. They are extremely flexible and accommodating. We had reno funds tied up in our mortgage and we were able to have the majority of work done based on a deposit. They provide very high quality work and are generally available within a week's notice. Installed custom plumbing to kitchen in guest house addition, tied in to main house plumbing. Water heaters, water pumps and new water tank. Very fair pricing and friendly across the board. Highly recommend this company.

We had a major flooding in our basement and called Ermen spoke to Heather and it was up hill from there on. They came almost immediately got our drain running and will come back to put the camera down to see the problem. The service we got wax without a doubt the best we have ever had. Heather is an amazing person to talk to and the guys we’re fantastic.This is the only plumbing company people should call.Thank you all for your amazing service.

We had a washer pipe backing up water issue. Every other company was fully booked for 2 weeks+ someone recommended Ermen. Their service tech Eric Cote showed up within 15 min and fixed the issue right away.Definitely recommend

The city of Moncton hired Ermen to do work on our while the city tore up our street (First Avenue). Ermen installed the wrong part in our basement and as a result we incurred leaking. It took us 3 days of cleaning. When Ermen finally came to put in the correct piece that they SHOULD HAVE installed a year and a half ago when hired by the city, they then sent us a bill... for the work the city paid them to do. When we called about this, the lady on the phone said, I'll look into this and get back to you". She never did call back; instead
