Terrible work place. I made a huge mistake and taught there last year and until now haven’t been paid. Today I had to drive 60 km to go ask for my paycheque in person. The accountant said she could not find me on their payroll and that she has no record of me ever working there. Frauds!

This was my first teaching experience in Ontario and it was a bad experience. Teachers salaries were consistently over 2- 3 months late and then they would select who gets paid first and ask you not to tell the other staff members. There was one point when they did not pay my June salary until November and I had to ask for it. It's as if they were hoping I would forget about it. As result staff morale was extremely low and I felt robbed of truly enjoying the reward of teaching. I loved my students and enjoyed teaching and that was the only good thing about it.

nice place to take university preparetion course, I get 5 offers from UT, Waterloo and Mcmaster. Thanks for those teachers and staff. I appreciate all your help. Also i saw lots negative reviews, I think it depends your attitudes, if you want to get some markup on your score, try to find some other place.

In such a big and advanced country like Canada there are some schools like OIC that pay the salaries after 2-3 months. They don’t care about their employees rights.I am surprised there is no supervision of the function of private schools.

Terrible place to work. Teachers have to wait for an unending period to receive their salaries. It was a big big mistake to have worked there. I wish there was an option to give a ZERO rating to this school.
