The Spa at The St. Regis Toronto

I have visited the spa at St. Regis Toronto several times and it never fails to impress me. The service is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Whether you're interacting with the receptionists, spa attendants, or RMTs, you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect. The spa amenities are clean, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the little things, as well as the tea and snack selection. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing spa experience in the city, I highly recommend checking out The St. Regis. I've always left feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

The Spa in great..the reason for the four stars is the pool..I wanted to use the pool/jacuzzi.. but when I got there it was full of kids ..coughing" kids. So I ended up canceling the pool plan. I understand ..it's shared with the hotel..and this is out of control. But if you want the full amenities experience ..then my advise is to try an adults only spa."

This could have been a review that covered all the details on what I really enjoyed about the experience and while I still had a positive experience overall, the last 1 min at the spa ie. the paying experience ended up to be what I had to write about. Maybe one day I will update my review to provide a more holistic review after this after taste passes

Iridium Spa is definitely one of my favourite spas in downtown Toronto. The amenities are superb and the therapists and staff are friendly and accommodating. I especially love the lounge which is so relaxing and you can enjoy a glass of Prosecco or a cup of Sloane Tea (must try the St. Regis exclusive tea blend - the Midnight Blossom).

My sister's and I went in for a massage and only one of us had a good experience. The shower was not working and there was no out of service sign, I signed up for a power massage and I asked the therapist to go as hard as she could and I fell asleep! They did not have larger size slippers for women and when I asked for a size up or just a larger size slippers they gave me mens slippers. For a spa that charges as much as it does, you would expect these small conveniences to be available. My paid for an extra service and it was not provided, and when she brought it to the therapist attention who then proceeded to just do the bare minimum. Overall, so very disappointed. Manager was unwilling to take any responsibility for our experiences.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Out of all the high end spas i would say this is the best one. As others have mentioned their snacks are top tier and its a nice touch to provide the prosecco - also all massage treatments you get a free foot scrub. in terms of lounge aesthetic - ritz carlton still ranks at the top but overall this was a wonderful experience would reco to friends.

Hands Down Best Spa Experience EVER! If you want to experience luxury, this is where it is at. My husband and I went for a couple's massage and got to experience so much more. The pool, jacuzzi, and steam room experience were phenomenal. The lounge area snacks were top tier, also included a glass of Prosseco after the massage.The massage was extremely relaxing and included a foot exfoliation such a great bonus! My masseuse Robyn was extremely sweet and thorough in removing my knots. Special shout out to Matthew for being so warm, kind, and informative during our whole experience. Definitely will be coming back for more !

I booked a message as a guest at the hotel. Amazing experience until I got the bill. $406.00 with fees including a forced gratuity of $55.00. No explanation besides “you’re welcome to show your appreciation by tipping more.” Unbelievable.Since I am a guest at the hotel I already had access to all of the amenities. The front desk girl was professional, however cold and robotic. She didn’t take the time to explain what the service included when I booked with her. Literally she ruined my relaxation vibe and experience. Then I went to the “pool” that’s included with the spa and hotel guest - children running around and screaming. NOPE.

This was my first time at a spa and having a massage. My partner and I booked for a couple session.I especially wanted to write this review for any person out there who is reluctant to get a massage due to trauma. If you have the right person, right place - it’s a treat not only you deserve but will be able to accept.My RMT, Robyn, was truly the best in so many ways. The prep and instructions she gave about how the experience will happen was very reassuring. I immediately fully trusted her as we were getting ready for our full body 1hr massage. The staff is very accommodating from the minute you check in, to the tour and actual massage. The lounge had really comfy sofas and they really get you at your most comfortable level with their super soft robe and blankets. The pool and jacuzzi area was perfect. They have cold water and towels which is much needed as it gets quite hot in there.Strongly recommend to book off at least 3 hours (we did 3 hours and we felt like we rushed) to enjoy their full facilities.If not for my first eye opening experience with Robyn, I would have rated this spa 4/5. The lounge is quite small and so are the bathrooms. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the bathrooms were very busy with only 2 showers, 2 sinks and 2 dryers.

Great massages. Top notch service. I would say it is higher than your average RMT/massage place. But again, wellness is their top priority. Unfortunately I visited during Covid (2021) and their amenities and pools were not open. But I hand a pleasant experience.
