I have called twice over a period of 5 days and left clear messages with phone number and had no response from bank staff. Dreadful service from my perspective. Posting in hopes that I can get a call back.

I recently got a mortgage for a new home, have multiple properties and it was the worst experience. The National Bank mortgage agent didn't disclose any details, she refused to answer my calls or text messages even before the deal can be closed. I have all the proof to and the last minute increased my down-payment and interest rates were never discussed.Please be careful when dealing with such agents, they will put you under pressure at the last minute and you'll not even have a chance to go with other lenders due to short notice.I would strongly recommend to know your downpayment and interest details ahead.

Like others who have posted reviews here I found it impossible to get hold of anyone here, and some legal documents appear to have been lost. Problem solved when the lawyer and accountant handling my parents' estates got involved. And to the bank staff member who replied to me, I don't use Facebook.

This branch is great and kept really clean. There is a fair number of parking spots outside which make it convenient. The staff are extremely friendly.

Branch closed - needed to make deposit. Was directed to Wilson Ave and couldn't get up there for a week. Stood outside for 15 minutes waiting my turn and when I git to teller I was told the account was closed as I was ONE day late! They wouldn't re-open the account. CONSIDERING OUR COVID-19 WORLD YOU WOULD THIN THERE WOULD BE SOME UNDERSTANDING!It is not my fault they closed their branch.

Very unprofessional and unorganized staff. Stay away if you can. Do not give business to these people who have no respect for their clients. My first time having a negative experience with a bank!

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the branch. I got charged extra because of the branch’s irresponsibility. When I had to discharge my mortgage. The branch didn’t send over the discharge statement to my lawyer. I called the branch and left so many messages but no one got back to me. I had to contact my mortgage broker who no longer works at that branch to get a hold of someone because of her personal relationship. Because of this delay, I got charged interest that I was not supposed to pay because of branch’s mistake. I am really angry about the situation.
