A very nice place to pick up some pc components and accessories aside from best buy downtown. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Although you might want to avoid buying your stuffs at rush hours, the lineup could be long.

Could be great, but customer service makes it a very frustrating experience. They don't care about wasting your time. Prices are fine, and it's nice to buy local. In-store service was fine and the employees were friendly. But by God, if you need to do literally anything other than go in and buy components that they already have in stock, avoid this place.Problem comes when you need to backorder anything, do in-store pickup, or really call them for any reason.Communication is non-existent. I bought a PC case they had in stock, but found a chip in the paint so I asked them to order a new one for me. They told me it would be about a week. Four days later, I'm texted that my case is ready for pickup. I spend the 40 minutes to get to the store, purchase the case, and then find out they'd sold me the same (repackaged) chipped case. That's annoying, but can be attributed to internal communication errors I guess..I go home, and later the same day I get ANOTHER text telling me to come pick up my case. I try calling the store to confirm that it won't just be the same case again, but no answer. I've since called upwards of 10 times over the next day and no answer still. I called customer support, but they couldn't help.I just went in, and it turns out they had my case in stock in the back the whole time, they just forgot to scan it. I asked if their phone is working and they told me it is, they usually just don't pick up.

I bought an out of box motherboard from here. Got home to find out two of the cpu seat pins were broken. They claim I damaged it and wont accept a return.The manager here is a con artist. Don't trust him or the store

Customer service is literally non-existent. They never answer. I ordered an item for pick-up, and it was on stock online, then waiting for an email or text for about 2-3 days. I got tired of waiting so I went there in person, just for them to tell me it was an inventory error, so they placed a back order after. Like, they didnt send any email or anything to inform me. Anyways, that's just the start. I payed the order in advance because they have a 2 days pick-up limit and i didn't know when it would come. Then, a couple days later, I emailed them to know around when it would be ready. I got a call from them a week later and got told it should be ready that day or the next few days. So, I thought, that's great i don't need to buy it somewhere else. I proceeded to wait. It's been 11 days since then and still no news from them. I've tried calling them all day, no response. I could literally go to another location and buy it, because all the other location have it, but because I waited it is not on discount anymore. This store is bad I don't recommend buying from it online.

I am overall pretty satisfied with this store! The only issue is the lack of good customer service, but I feel that it may be linked to possible background issues-maybe management , pay or work environenment etc- so I recommend not taking that personally when you come here. Work is done in the end, no issues from my part. Thank you to Mark and Michael!

What!? Support professionals that know what they’re talking about? They’re super nice too? They offer no questions 2 week returns? Any of the staff behind the desk can thoughtfully recommend any type of hardware for my PC?Never going back to Best Buy. So impressed with Canada Computers and will be a regular here from now on.
