Timberline Home Inspections

My wife Ana and I chose Nathan as our home inspector, He knows his stuff. I was not disappointed, He was honest about everything, very reliable, and easy to contact if you have questions you need answered. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a home. Sadly, I can only give 5 stars. I would give more if I could.

Nathan is a gem. My family and I are trying to relocate home to BC after living many years in Oregon so we feel like we're flying blind when we go to make offers on houses we haven’t been able to walk through that are within our price range (which isn't much in today's real estate market). We are so lucky to have found Nathan. He has been able to break down every aspect of the houses we’ve hired him to inspect. He is thorough, efficient and so easy to work with. We know we are going to be buying a fixer upper and we are somewhat capable of doing our own work but we know what we aren’t capable of and looking at real estate photos lives a person feeling catfished most of the time. Upon reviewing the extremely detailed reports provided by Nathan we have been able to avoid a couple of situations that looked like love at first sight but would have probably turned into more of an American Psycho experience. If only my therapist could give me the kind of unbiased and detailed feedback Nathan has been able to provide for us. If you want your inspection done right, call this guy!!!

We found Nathan through our realtor. Out of the three inspectors we called for a sudden, last minute inspection, Nathan was the only one who made time for us. We were suddenly in a time crunch and he stepped up to get our inspection done within a couple of days with only a days notice. He was very very friendly and easy to deal with. Great customer service! He had the inspection done and his report followed very shortly after. He really came through for us in our time of need. He was very professional and was eager to answer any questions we may have had. His report was very well put together and it left nothing to question. I will absolutely use him again and do recommend his services.
