I was referred to S.H.A.R.E. councelling by my doctor. Saw the person, i wouldnt call her a councellor. I felt she had nothing to offer and i told her, i have had so much councelling , therapy over the years, to be honest i could have councelled her i wrote 3 emails and not one was answered , i asked for help with food they never got back to me. The food bank is not a good place to go for food. At christmas they are better. Last time i went to trinity church for a hamper, more than half of the food they gave me i tossed out of date, rotten or stale or unhealthy carbs. Bread hard as a rock.the government needs to step up and take care of its people. Smh.

I first entered SHARE in 1990 at 11 years old and have had amazing counsellors over the years. Also, I needed help from the food bank for a period after major surgery and Christmas help as a single parent- as a resident of the Tri Cities I am grateful for the services they offer to so many. My photo along with my children, remains on the SHARE homepage under my previous legal name and to all those who support SHARE to make all the services possible as well as the awesome staff who work there- you help make a difference.

Been here for 2 years now and can't say enough about the counsellors on site. Sessions are free to some extent. All counselling are confidential. Overall if your looking for some help, be sure to check out SHARE Society and see if they can help you.

For everybody please check the expiry date, most of the time the employees don't care about this issue and last time i heard from someone working inside that she has instruction not to look for any expiry issue just just gave whatever they have to the poor families even if it's gonna heart them it's really very obvious careless Without conscience, somebody from government or press should come and see something like the attached photo it's expired since one year and the food bank keep giving it to people...oooooh god some mercy please.

I donated some groceries and the staff/volunteers were friendly, helpful and thankful.

Horrible front desk reception service. Messages do not get put to the appropriate people and people are forgotten in the waiting area. Heidi is very disorganized, does not return phone messages or when she does its days and days later, your 50 minute appointment is actually only 20 to 30 minutes...she ushers out her appointments through the waiting area at 10 to the hour but does not get her next appointment until 15 minutes after the hour (should be on the hour), then promptly at 20 or 15 minutes to the hour she is wrapping up the session and getting you out the door. I'm not sure what the mandate is there but I thought it was to help people.

This is a safe place to get help. I had a really difficult time asking for help, but I'm so glad I did. My counselor has really empowered me and the food bank has been a Godsend for us when we are financially struggling. These people really do care about you, and our community. They have been a blessing to our family:)
