Been here many time service was amazing, very friendly and attentive servers. Always many different draft beers on tap. I recommend the Burrito bowl, Beef Dip/Philly Cheese steak, Cobbs Salad with Cajun Chicken, Spicy One20 burger or Wings(50% off on Wed) and their Fresh Sheet Menu changes every week so you’ll always get something new weekly.

Would not recommend. I visited One20 for the first time yesterday. We started off by ordering drinks. When my drink came out it had a full lipstick print on the rim of the glass. As a first impression I was a bit put off by the lack of cleanliness so we decided we'd head somewhere else. I asked the waitress if I could grab the bill for the drinks, and politely explained that we were actually going to leave the drinks and head out and showed her why. The waitress' reaction to me was Seriously

I have been here numerous times over the last year. I loved their fish tacos so much i good just for them.Tonight we went at 530 with 6 adults and 2 kids. After ordering we were told our table was reserved for 7 pm. No problem right? I ordered the fish tacos with an extra taco to share with my mom. When they came the 4 tacos didn’t fill the plate they were so small. They were about 3 bite tacos. The fish was over cooked and terribly dry. I took one bite and has a big hair in the batter. The waitress said oh yeah we changed the menu on Monday, but nobody said anything. We were told we could order something else and they would rush it though. We ordered wings. They took nearly 30 minutes. I told the waitress how unhappy we were. She didn’t care. Not even about the hair. Our bill was $92 which seemed over the top for what we got. Oh and we left at 7 and Nobody was there for our table.I hope they change their menu back. But i won’t know as i won’t be going back. So sad they used to be the best fish tacos around

Unfortunately had to wait almost 40 minutes to get service. Seemed to be some confusion on section and server but a couple attempts and finally someone else took over. Everything was fine after that but no reason to be waiting that long.....I know there are staff shortages but it was not really busy and could be many other reasons, but wasn't given any real apologies either, just kinda that's the way it is.Food was good though.

Worst service ever. Waited 15 minutes for one menu between two of us. No one asked us if we wanted a drink. I can see why there were only four customers at the time. The food was terrible. When we asked for our bill the waitress disappeared apparently off shift. Honestly in 65 years of living I've never been in a worse place. As a bonus, at the end of a bad meal, we were told we had to pay cash cuz their machine had gone down. Should have just walked out. No one would have noticed. This place is a bad joke

I was so disappointed with this pub. I had my retirement dinner here and the service and food were terrible. A few people didn’t even eat the food, that’s how bad it was. I understand automatically adding a service fee for large groups, but not when the service is that bad. The waitress was run off her feet and could not come close to keeping up. I felt bad for her. I also didn’t eat my food. Not impressed. I had heard bad reviews from people and should have listened to them. Never again will I go to this pub.

Ive been here 3-4 times now. The service is ok, not bad but not anything remarkable either. The reason why im giving one star is because the food always takes a good 20-30 minutes to come out and its trash. I dont know why i ever came back after the first time knowing the food here is so bad. Unless you want to wait a long time for very overpriced food that will only disappoint you, dont waste your time/money here.

Service not great, warm beer, Luke warm water. Server never asked if our food was ok. My son asked for no tomatoes wrap came with tomatoes. My husband had to keep asking for another beer. Spinach dip was cold. Bartender and server both doing shooters with customers. Lucky I even gave a star.
