Live Love Lash London

I started coming here 8 months ago after my previous artist practically destroyed my natural lashes. I always leave my appointments looking and feeling amazing. Cara is an absolute sweetheart, 100% recommend all of these lashes!!

Absolutely loved this place. Walked and instantly felt the compassion the owner had for her business. Very friendly and welcoming. I had my brows done on ombre and they are absolutely amazing I love them. I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could. First picture is a few days after the second picture is next day.

Absolutely amazing! I've never had eyelash extensions before and the girls at Live Love Lash answered all my questions and concerns before we started. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable and the entire experience was lovely.I had an issue where the lashes on my one side didn't stay on very well and many had fallen out after a few days. They were very understanding when I called and got me an appointment the same day to fix up my lashes at no extra cost.I can't wait to go back for my next fill and I highly recommend Live Love Lash!

Got a classic set of lashes done as I’ve been getting for a few years and this one seemed slightly thin, some gaps in areas, not the same as I’ve gotten in the past from here.Got an eyebrow lamination and tint done to get ready for my wedding/wedding events and the colour is way too dark, the boss used it as a teaching moment for the tech I just wish it wasn’t on my brows 2 days before my bridal shower. ive ruined the lamination trying to get the colour to fade which is a shame as the shape was lovely. Was very excited to have this done and I don't think I'll ever have it done again

A bit like a factory environment. Nothing warm or welcoming. Lots of personal conversations between staff. The tech doing my lashes for the first time, left me for approx. 10 minutes to speak to her immigration lawyer. I know classes are done in that space, and I think it's more geared to teaching rather than catering to the clients (who like myself are in high stress jobs and really need to relax). I'm not impressed! I won't make that mistake again..my need to do self care is way to important!

Recently moved to Tillsonburg and was having a hard time finding a new lash technician, especially after having a technician being negligent and damaging my lashes, I needed to find a new lash artist! Went on a whim and booked my appointment and couldn't be happier! These ladies know what they are doing, and the work is consistent! Would recommend!

I went to an appointment here about a month ago for a full set of volume lashes. I had a 6pm appointment and when I arrived the service was not welcoming. This was my first time going there and I didn’t know who my artist was. Walked in and stood there like an idiot not knowing where to stand and wait or if I should take my shoes off or anything. The lady who I eventually found out was my artist was sitting on her phone waited for another lady who was busy lashing, to stop and tell me to go over to the other girls bed. She did not speak great English, did not introduce herself, barely even greeted me. She did not ask what kind of lashes I wanted and honestly didn’t speak a word to me the entire appointment. She was on the phone multiple times speaking another language and then when I was done she just walked away. Never said bye, thank you, see you later aha not a single word.I wasn’t a huge fan of my lashes. To be fair, I think they were applied great and they did last long. However, they were not the intensity of the volumes I had been used to. I was not wanting to return to my artist so I messaged the Instagram page asking if I could get a mega fill on my volume set and if changing the artist would come with a fee. The page read my message and never responded. I was honestly going to go back to this place and I did have an appointment booked but because they ignored my message I cancelled. I think as a business who promotes messaging them on Instagram they shouldn’t open messages without the intention of responding. I would also make sure new clients did not go to the lady I had, that in itself could drive someone to never return.

Every service I have exceeds my expectations.Most recently I’ve been doing Lasor hair removal. I’ve only been for 2 treatments and I’m 95% hairless. It’s pain free, and I can do it even if my skin is Tanned. The results are amazing.I always get asked who does my lashes.Highly recommend

I recently received a lash fill from a newer employee Naz. Naz is kind, professional, and asks me my preferences and communicates throughout my entire service. I asked for more volume and a darker lash line and Naz spent the time to make sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. Pana is also always a very kind and professional owner, making me feel welcome coming into her business each and every time. Thanks Naz and Pana for a great experience.
