Staff were patient and supportive with indecisive shoppers and returning an endroll that was a wrong 1st choice. We ended up getting what we wanted!

2 poor experiences here.1st visit was years ago, I was looking for an item and has to find a person who was sitting at their desk . His exact words “ they are over there in the back corner somewhere” no direction, zero help. I kept looking found what I needed and continued to purchase my product. ( shouldn’t have )2nd visit was this past week. I came in looking for an item - I asked if they had had any, the man asked where I got my flooring from? … I was attempting to answer and he completely cut me off and said “no we don’t have that sorry. “ before I could even say anything .. He turned around and Walked away. Complete ignorance!! I have never been treated so poorly not once but 2 times from a local company! Should have learnt my lesson the first visit but I genuinely thought that was just a one time experience. Yikes! Will NOT go back, that business left a terrible taste in my mouth. Looks like there are more experiences in the reviews just like mine, if you aren’t dropping a large amount of money - you don’t get treated nicely. Jeeze, not how you run a business.

Shopped around town for some new flooring for my camper. I was fully prepared that most places would not install, however, I went to Beehive and without apprehension they informed me they would. George helped me find a product that would tolerate the harsh conditions of an outdoor mobile dwelling. He provided me with two planks to take home to scrutinize. George even remembered me by name several days after my initial visit. ‘Duru Flooring’ (Contracted by Beehive and I’ve seen other posts calling them ‘The Turks’. Yes, they are Turkish, but I would prefer to use their professional title) installed the flooring in about 2½ hours. They did a great job and didn’t make my eyes wide when they wrote up my bill. I’m very happy with everything and everyone involved. I will update after a season of camping elapses with my 700 lb ATV inside and winter comes and goes. Thanks folks!Update: 04/01/21The flooring has survived two winters without buckling, with one of them having my quad stored inside. The product and workmanship has held up great.

Shopped around at different stores through out the city and beehive provided a great service. My father in law had been purchasing from them for the laat 40 years and loves them Dealt with Jamie. He came out and measured exactly how much we need and explained on how to install the vinyl plank we were looking to purchase. Gave us a great deal on a quality product and continued to go above and beyond after we purchased. Will be happy to go back when we do the other floors in our home.

Very good service. Had to get a replacement strip of carpet and underlay and was able to walk in, pick what I wanted, and had it cut for me within a few minutes.

Beehive Flooring is an excellent company to deal with. I had my entire basement installed by The Turks" and they did a great job. I had carpet installed as well as lay flat linoleum. Brian Wake was a great salesman to deal with. Awesome pricing and even better customer service. My parents have purchased material from Skip Wake in the past

We have used Bee Hive flooring in two of our home renovations now, and they have been amazing! They provide quality product and excellent customer service. We have been very happy with both our experiences!

Submitted their only quote form and immediately got replies a few times from them asking for further details. Then once I explained I was a previous client (they did our basement flooring and studio flooring) they have been completely unresponsive for over a week, even though I've sent follow up emails asking if they can get back to me (twice). I wasn't previously a difficult client and I always paid in full so I'm not sure if it was maybe because of my race or gender that they chose to disregard my requests. They made me feel like less than a human and for that reason I would stay far away from this business.
