Why can't they serve a normal vegetarian sandwich anymore??? They messed up 3 time I didn't want to complain anymore. Just sucked it up and ate whatever it was that they made. A veggie sandwich has 2 slices of tomato, a couple lettuce leaves, and white cheese! With a bit of sauce!!! Like come on guys... And the sandwich making guy had the nastiest attitude ever. Swearing so muc.

Mid afternoon on a Thursday not busy at all but also nothing filled or even half or quarter!! Nope! Open for another.9hrs but pretty much out of donuts!? Seriously? Its like going to Burger King and there out of you guessed it Burgers!! Honestly how does this happen?

Ordered a meal with coffee online today. Then waiting for it to get prepared more like an hour. When I came to pick it up. The lady said that they don't offer meals at this time and that she will reimburse me. The problem here is that timeI waited was gone for nothing plus she reimbursed me what I paid before tax. Which means that I paid taxes for nothing. Just wasted my time and money. Why would you let people order online if you don't offer meals at nearly 20h PM. I do not recommend their service at all.

In general the staff at thisTim Horton are all very nice.So yes, do drop in at thisCite Des jeunes Location situated in the small Mall Where there is a Metro grocery store. It's really so pleasant when customers are greeted right away upon arriving with smiling employees.

Their drive thru is horrible, and extremely slow service even when there's not a lot of customers. 9 out of 10 times, they screw up your order and either get it wrong or forget something. The employees are not apologetic at all when messing up your order. In fact they will argue about it with you. NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL.

I'm not a big fan of Tim, got a few hot chocolate for the kids. The guy working was very nice and joking with them, he offered to add milk so they don't get burn.

Been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time. I've always received good service . Sometimes the breakfast potatoes are a little undercooked but oh well Coffee is still good

The staff do not pay attention to what car arrives first. They let thru people that arrive after. Just happened to me today. Not happy. There are cameras should pay attention. No one ix more in a rush than another. Very inefficient and unacceptable. If this happens again I will complain to head office. Do your job correctly.

Worst service ever… 5 clients per 30 mins, huge line of people, only one counter works and guys just chillin… and walking so sloooow. And after all that waiting, they don’t have bread, Karl! Mb it worth to say it in advance? Hate this place!
