Other places in town could learn a lot from the customer service at this place.I was having difficulty recovering files via a USB transfer. I thought to pop down to the source to see if they had a small micro sd card - transfer to that, then transfer to computer via card reader.The tech on duty tried USB, didn't work for him either (sometimes you can get lucky, we figured might as well try.) So he sold me a small micro sd. I then asked him to place a surcharge on my bill & transfer the files to a thumb drive for me. He looked at me slightly oddly and flatly refused to add a surcharge. I came back a half hour later to retrieved files and a mission accomplished.We chatted for a bit about tech. I'm bringing my tower there tomorrow for more tech work. Why, when I could do it myself? Their technical ability combined with the price point made it a no brainer.Well done to you guys / huge kudos.And thank you.In the event anyone is wondering, this is how small businesses survive competing against Amazon.

Limited stock on hand due to Bell products taking up space however staff are super friendly and very helpful. Have went above and beyond for me when I bought a HDD and it didn't come with a spare Sata cable. Staff found an extra from another older device and helped me out to connect my new HDD. Great experience many times here. Just wish there was more stock.
