they charge 20% restocking fee to return something that was not good or useful , plain rip off, lucky it was a 6$ item so no big deal but lesson learned.

Great Auction House! I love the quality & quantity of items they list each week. They have something for everyone. They make the whole payment/pick up process very easy; and safe! I love being able to make my appointment time, online. Great service! Great items!

Excellent customer service and communication- I purchased a sink several months ago which I found was not exactly as described in the listing. Sandy from the auction worked with me to reach an acceptable resolution. The company has a 5 day return policy, so I suggest examining your purchases immediately, to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.

Lots of items on their weekly online auctions. Good people to deal with and give returns/credit for items when necessary. This light/fan is my favourite purchase so far. When bidding remember to factor in tax plus 15% auction fee. Also they have moved to new location in Dartmouth.

Twice I have purchased items that require assembly. I recognize the disclaimer is 'as is'. The first time there was no hardware. I spent the money to buy the hardware. I purchased two end tables and these did not come with the hardware or the electrical plug that is required. It will cost me triple to build them. I was out of province when they were picked up so I have missed the return window. Will not purchase anything requiring assembly again.

I purchased an item in November at auction and paid for the item within a week...I then forgot about the purchase and received no more communication from this 'business'. Instead of sending me a simple email stating that my item needed to be picked up or it would be resold or given away...they did neither. I contacted them recently and spoke to two people who were extremely rude and told me that 'my item is no longer there' and they would not be issuing a credit or refund. They also have not yet sent me a copy of my invoice stating that it was paid.BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

3 items across 2 different auctions were not described accurately or were completely broken and a simple test would have shown them that. They use stock images instead of images of the actual product. Thank God there's a return policy because if you buy here you're going to need it!First was a 4 1/2 dewalt saw described as new that when received was full of sawdust and the deck was scratched

the deals you get on this site are amazing, 1800 CAD loveseat - only paid 500, 300 cappuccino machine - 43 bucks. It never stops, just be patient, it's like Christmas every Sunday. soo cool

These guys are so friendly and great to deal with. I have made a few purchases now. One item I bought was damaged (not visibly, so they were not aware), and when I contacted them, they were quick to respond and provide a solution for me.
