TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I used to bank at this branch for a little over 4 years. I’ve had nothing but an absolute pleasure dealing with the front line tellers, all the way to the Branch Manager and their head office. Highly recommend banking with the TD in General, and this branch specifically.Very well trained, friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Exellent and courteous service from Graham (I believe that is his name, as he is the most senior person at that branch). Quick and competent, and I enjoy dealing with him all these years, although I do not go to the bank as much with the convenience of online banking. Hope he will stay working there for years to come. Had an appointment with an advisor in mid Mar to make a cc transfer request so that I could receive the card's benefits for my vacation in early May. The agent told me that I would receive the card in 20 business days and use the current one with the same benefits while waiting for the new card arrives but I haven't received any card until now, had to pay extra for the vacation. I called TD and the phone agent said they hadn't received such request. Not a trustworthy location and waste of time/money

I went in to inquire about cross border usd account. The branch manager told me to call TD instead as they don’t deal with it at the branch level. I called and followed their suggestion to to open the account online but ran into some errors. When I called back the phone customer service told me to go to a branch as they would be able to verify my identity and open the account from their IPad instead. I told them what the branch manager said to me and the customer service said it’s not true. If the branch refuses to assist then I can call back and they would speak to the branch manager. I’m so surprised that a branch manager wouldn’t know the procedure to open an account. Or she just didn’t want to help at all. A waste of my time

Worst branch and bank. TD bank is the least versatile bank I’ve ever had. They won’t let you wire money to crypto exchanges. You can’t play poker or sports gamble with any of there cards. They blocked my account because I deposited 3 cheques in a row. I couldn’t pull out my money when I clearly had so much more before the deposits. It ruined my schedule for the day and gave me bad anxiety thinking I had no control over my money. Cibc will let you do all this, plus if they block your account they call you right away so you’re not left unknowing. I called as directed and was put on hold for 3 hours and still couldn’t get through, now I’m outraged. Soon as my stocks on tfsa gets balanced out. Im moving everything to my cibc account. I’ve been with TD for 18 years! I’m finally done. F U TD lol

TD BANK ATM Machine Swallowed My Money It asks if your savings are $0. It was frustrating. I immediately contacted the bank clerk for help, but he told me that he did not have access to the ATM machine. It's not approved, so I'll have to wait until next week. It happened on a Friday afternoon and the weekend was over. It was confirmed that the amount swallowed was not enough to be deposited. It's annoying, but go to the bank and check the CCTV of the day! I counted the money before putting it in the machine! The staff asks me to wait again. disappointing place

The line up was very slow, not everyone in the back counter was helping people. Second had a bank draft offered very little support to speed up the process. They were more than happy to spend time with elderly people but when it came to my needs they offered little support and asked me to step aside to help somebody else till I was ready. This was for a large amount of money and did not have any concern. Very disappointed. They said it was for my security however I feel they did not want to do anything beside pass me along till the next person. I truly felt treated like a number and no compassion or care. This was the first time I visited the bank in a year….. very very disappointed.

Request cash withdrawal time from atm machine then they asking me to pay $15.. are u kidding??
