I brought my 2016 civic in to repair the AC that was under warranty extension.Carter Honda wouldn’t honour the warranty extension because I purchased my car in the US, even though all North American civics have the defect.They also didn’t tell me until after I paid $1200 that I might have gotten it covered in Bellingham.Now, Honda Canada won’t refund the money. They claim that the Canadian and American markets are very “different.”Sounds to me like Honda and Carter value money over customer satisfaction.Don’t take your car here for service. Don’t buy a Honda.

Carter Motorsports is the motorcycle division of the Honda dealer. They do sell and service cars in the same building but I have only experienced the motorcycle repairs and parts. Excellent service, convenient location and lots of new and used bikes for sale. As a female rider I noticed a woman working in the service area and some motorcycle jackets that could fit. The routine dealer service was completed quickly while I walked around Granville Island. Reasonable price for a highly experienced mechanics team led by Cosmo. He evaluated my bike and warned me that there was only 25% left on my brakes. I will be ordering the parts from Carter and install them myself soon. My bike is in excellent shape for the summer and I can ride with confidence.

I recently visited this dealership with my wife to purchase a new helmet. While my experience with the parts manager Tony was great and I was happy with my purchase, my wife's experience was a complete disappointment. The guy at the parts section was a little rude and impatient when we asked for assistance. But that's okay because he was on the phone and asked us to wait. However he ignored us despite us checking back several times. We waited for 20 minutes and he did not seem to care. It was quite clear that he saw us but chose to ignore us. I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service and it is a shame that one employee can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise decent dealership.

We had an excellent experience with Carter Honda, from the sales staff to managerial staff in several departments. All were considerate, knowledgeable, and respectful. They never 'hard sold' us, they addressed concerns, answered questions and were accommodating. This was a fantastic experience, and from it they gained a loyal customer. My next bike (buying another next year) will be from Carter Honda Motorsports

I had a good sales experience with my purchase of a Honda Outboard 2.3hp motor Carter Motorsport. My only disappointment was that the Salesman didn’t follow up on getting me some additional info on my new motor that he had promised to get me. If fact, I haven’t heard from him since my purchase???

Pretty impressed with the customer service from Joel. He helped me setup a test ride for one of their bikes. I ultimately decided I needed a bigger bike after taking it around the City. After I left, he texted me and helped me find a place I could rent one of their larger 1100s from to give it a proper day long ride. I really appreciated that. I'll definitely be returning to Carter Honda when I am ready to purchase. 5 out of 5.

Five stars for Jason and Wesley! I bought my first motorcyle at Carter which was advertised on Marketplace. Jason, was my contact/salesperson and provided prompt answers to all my questions. He was patient, understanding and nice to work with. My bike was delivered by Wesley. He was very helpful with walking me through things to know and went above and beyond to answer questions I had about my new bike! I think I took more of his time than he planned on but I want to say how much I appreciate it. Thanks Wesley!It was a busy time of year (May) for the Parts dept so considering this, I had to be patient getting information about accessories, etc, after I bought the bike. I felt like I became a nuisance. I do appreciate that Tony almost price matched a helmet on sale at a different place and replaced the Pinkock that was damaged. I don’t feel like I want to come back to buy more gear though.I am enjoying breaking in my brand new Honda Rebel!!
