Coldest day of February 2023 and of course the furnace failed. I received exceptional service, professional , quick and efficient. Didn't leave until he was 100% sure it was fixed. Plus, it was the best rate I've had from a plumbing & heating company! Thanks Trusted and thanks Gary, you rock!

This is the first time we used Trusted Plumbing and Heating. Dallas inspected out furnace and it was determined it should be replaced. Dallas described the new furnace and it’s quality then provided an install date. Dallas and his guys showed up as agreed installed the new furnace, cleaned up and took the old furnace away. We are pleased with his interaction with us and the quality of the work completed. I operate a home renovation business and deal with a number of sub-contractors. As mentioned this is my first opportunity to work with Dallas & Shayla (answers the phone and provides timely responses which means a lot) and I’d definitely recommend Trusted Plumbing and Heating.

Trusted Plumbing and Heating replaced my furnace, then the next month came back to fix my air conditioner. Each time Dallas and his team have been to my house they have been extremely thorough, punctual, informative, clean and respectful of my home. Repairing my AC was no small task, but I am so grateful Dallas took on the job. He was able to diagnose and correct what no one else wanted to in order for it to run properly. A bonus with the new furnace was a membership for a year with Trusted Plumbing which saved me money on the AC service call. Plus, I was so lucky they could fit me in same day before a heat wave. Overall I cannot recommend them enough. Instead of just upselling me on a new AC unit, Dallas was honest and provided service I could truly trust. Not all heroes wear capes! We’d had water pooling near our furnace/humidifier and called the guys from Trusted Plumbing & Heating Inc. out to take a look for us. They got that figured out right away, so I asked them to do a general service of our older furnace. That’s when our boy Dallas pulled out his Carbon monoxide tester and got the 385 ppm reading in our furnace room. Our fire/carbon monoxide detectors in our house had not alarmed at all! All I can say is everything happens for a reason and we’re counting our blessings that the Trusted Team are such thorough professionals. We got our old furnace replaced with a new high efficiency furnace last year with Trusted plumbing and heating, after a neighbor referred them to us. We couldn't be happier with Dallas and his crew, right from my first call till the installation and after-service. Just two days ago when temperature dipped to nearly -45°C, Dallas came over to look at the furnace over some issues we were having with uneven heating. It turns out, we had accidentally placed a heavy suitcase on the drain pipe that caused water to back up into the furnace. Despite it being our fault and two months past the one-year warranty period, Dallas didn't charge us anything for the full repair! This is what valuing a customer and providing quality service should look like. Genuinely the nicest people to work with and I 100% trust them to do a quality job. Highly recommended!

Had Dallas come out to look at my AC unit as it was not cooling properly. Dallas was able to get it back up and running in no time. As well, he was able to walk me through the entire process on what he was doing and why. Very good experience and would use them again!

I've been using Dallas at Trusted Plumbing and Heating since he opened his business almost 8 years ago now. Trusted Plumbing has covered all my Plumbing and HVAC needs including new furnace, new water heater, HRV ventilation unit, new water lines, sewer lines with backflow valve and sump pump.I just had Trusted Plumbing out in the past week to get my old AC unit running, had them service my water heater and install a water softener system. My furnace quit working and I had Trusted Plumbing & Heating come same day, inspect and fix the issue temporarily. He also found we were being exposed to not so safe levels of carbon monoxide from cracks in our heat exchanger, quoted and got us in a new furnace in 2 days! Very prompt friendly service from start to finish and everyone involved explained every part of the process. Definitely 5 star company and will highly recommend for anyone needing their expertise and service.
