Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
First time at this location. We finished playing hockey at the nearby rink and wanted to grab a bite to eat with our team. The hostess Aliya was very welcoming and accommodating. Originally we started off with about 12-14 people but ended up with around 22. Our server Niki was great at dealing with a bunch of 11 year olds and parents. She was also very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our group was very pleased with the service and food. It was a fun and enjoyable experience.

First timmers. Great value for the buck. Steak was cooked perfectly. Wife loved the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Awesome waitress very nice owners. Definitely worth checking out. We look forward to are next visit. See you soon.

This review is for the owner.Ok, so this was my favourite restaurant. Me and my family we always used to go to this restaurant. But unfortunately this time they made us wait for our order for more than 1 hour and 15 mins. They said that the staff is all knew but they seemed to have a lot of people working in there. I asked one waitress about what has been ready and she said that your food will only be late 5 mins, and then I asked another waitress and she said that only your salad is ready. Not my favourite restaurant anymore! :(

Ummmm so i ordered a steak with cesar salad… and look at these portions..?this is just sad these are baby portionsreally upsetting !!!! ):there’s like a couples pieces of lettuce and a spoon full of canned corn.. not even a whole corn anymorealthough the taste of the food is good, i guess they changed owners

order# 1895762. many issues: first i went for my pickup earlier. my food was ready but was left at the counter for over 5 minutes. portions have changed a lot. half a cup of salade per person. steaks didn't taste good. pasta was very small and cold. corn was from a can and no longer grilled, etc... overall a complete 100% changed from last 4 years. will not recommend this place anymore until a new management and chef.

Went there for appetizers half off after 9pm. Sat and waited 30 minutes to order. (Everyone else also waited that long, even people started to leave without ordering yet) Started eating about 1 hour and a half after we arrived. Food was good. I'd go again, but at least now.i know that we will have to wait a while to be served.

Shared a wonderful family day dinner with 10 of us at this location. Our waitress, Alex, was wonderful. She was very attentive to 4 youngsters, and asked if we wanted their food order to come first, which was great, didn't think of asking for this. The rest of us had steak dinners, some were a little under or overdone than we expected, but overall the food was delish. She brought a pitcher of Ice tea when a couple of us asked for refills. No complaints at all.

We ate here the other day for my Father's birthday and it was honestly SO amazing! Alex was our server and she went out of her way to accommodate all of our allergies (which sadly there are many) and never once made us feel like a bother, or like we were annoying (which we definitely were!). Not only that, but the food came out quickly and was incredible. We will definitely be back!!

The food was great, but the service is poor. It’s look like the restaurant is short stuff and the waitress seem like doesn’t want you to dine in at all. Wait 10minute before seated and wait more than 30minute before someone come to ask for the order.

Reading the reviews here I can only think to myself that for every ten great experiences you will only hear about the one bad one; take them with a grain of salt. This is fine pub fare with excellent staff, and a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind after your day. I prefer the steak bites med rare, and served with Nikki's smile.
