Excellent service from Eco-Pro Plumbing. We were recommended to them by my parents who used them and they raved about how efficient, friendly and professional they were. I can now say that I fully agree with that after having used their services. We had a kitchen sink clog and AJ was thankfully able to get us an appointment within a day. Ryan and Thomas came in and got right to work. They first assessed the issue and mentioned how much it would be before they got started and then were able to breakdown the buildup in the pipes. We had a rough idea of what we were in for which is unlike most companies out there. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I had first wanted a quote on a rough in for a bathroom. We had had some backups in the winter and the laundry tub used to over flow. The Foreman AJ came do look around. He advised that we should take a look at the sewer line first. Any other plummer might have just done what I asked, but he looked throughout through my whole plumming system and realized nothing was up to code or up to date. He also showed us a video through the sewer line that the sewer line was collapsing. Thanks to him advising about the sewer he also helped me through insurance covering a-good chunk of it and worked with the city to make sure we didn't need a sewer pump. Because of that he gave us all new drains, a brand new top of the line water softener and repiped the whole house. Their professionalism and care was so genuine and accommodating. Will be using them for life!

Just had all of our pipes in our house changed so we can add a washroom. Eco-pro were quick and thorough to quote. Provided the quote as promised. Went above and beyond the expected work. The job was done in the 3 days quoted. The employees were kind, considerate and professional. The lead was thorough, great communication and high quality work. This is our first plumbing experience and it has been a great one. We highly recommend.

Quick version: we contacted ECO-PRO Plumbing & Drains for a quote on a rough-in for a basement bathroom renovation. Spoke with AJ who came out to not only look at the project but took the time to look at the entire house and perform a drain scope. Let’s just say a small job turned into a big one - the biggest one you can have for house plumbing. AJ and his team fit us into their busy schedule and went above and beyond. Big thank you to AJ and everyone @ ECO-PRO Plumbing & Drains!Long version: we purchased a 60+ year-old house and quickly uncovered some issues with plumbing, particularly a basement bathroom. We started the renovation project and had multiple quotes from other vendors – some of which were insanely high – which landed us on Google looking at reviews (like you). AJ was the only one who did more than just look at the bathroom renovation. We completely agreed with him that it would make no sense to spend a bunch of money on a renovation project without fully knowing the condition of the remainder of the plumbing system.Skip ahead to the drain scope which showed massive problems with the lateral outside of the house, including the City side. So began the adventure. Speaking for anyone who has tried to coordinate with the City, it can be a bit of a challenge... I commend AJ for his patience and for making/taking all the phone calls. We eventually got to the point where we needed to proceed and AJ took care of everything (City, permits, locates, and excavation).The big day arrived – AJ and his team got it done – staying late to make sure our house had running water and drains after replacing the lateral & water service. Then the decision came to replace the entire plumbing system in the house, and we mean ALL of it. I don’t know how he did it, but AJ made it happen. We can’t thank the team at ECO-PRO enough for how much work it was to complete, and to do it without any complaints on the long days or the crazy schedule changes they would have had to endure. They fixed it all, including things we would have never known to be a problem until it was too late.Do it right the first time – we’ve all heard it, but that is easier said than done. It’s scary and you need someone you can trust. Call this team and you won't be disappointed.

AJ and his crew really came through when we had a pinhole leak on a pipe that was beginning to get out of control and I couldn't plug.These guys are friendly, fast, professional, and know their stuff. This is the TRUE emergency plumber best in KW area as far as I’m concerned! Basement was found flooded due to sudden sump pump failure. Quite a few calls around midnight to many Google listed ads, yet Eco-pro plumbing is the ONLY one in KW region that could indeed help us that night: friendly attitude, honest fair pricing, professional work as promised, etc. A flooding disaster was stopped asap. In my book, no other service could match Eco-pro plumbing! They made all the right moves helping us effectively and efficiently! Insurance company did not give us any trouble due to their timely and excellent work! 5 starts for sure: THANK YOU!!!

We originally called Eco Pro due to a back up we had in our basement. AJ and his team came to our rescue and showed us multiple issues with our plumbing system. The backups were happening because of our waste line under our house being so old. AJ showed us on his camera, there were three roots in our pipes and many spots that's need replacing. The total quote was high as it was a very big job, and they had to dig up our basement and front yard. AJ worked with our home insurance company and helped get more than half covered. The whole team was very professional and cleaned up well when they were done. Their work was properly done, passed inspection, and they even went out of their way to repair my kitchen, laundry room, and basement bathroom plumbing. I highly recommend these guys if you want the job done right.
