I have used 78 Auto & Tire for my business since 2006. I have nothing but positive things to say about their service. For a few years, it was for SGI vehicle inspections only, but I finally started having all of my business vehicle maintenance and repairs with 78, and I wish I had done so sooner, as my confidence in our vehicle's Dealership disappeared. Staff are consistently professional, cheerful, knowledgeable, and on more than one occasion, have gone far above and beyond to find a workable solution for an issue which would have cost considerably more had I gone to the Dealership. They have 'delivered' on every task, usually in a shorter time than expected. I feel very confident that, whenever I have a problem with my car, Daren finds time to work around my schedule, and I have complete trust that everything will be completed to their high standards!

We got a flat tire right in front of 78 Auto & Tire and the amazing team (thanks Darren and Ed) were able to get us a new tire and back on the road within an hour! So grateful for their amazing service and generosity. We had two dogs with us in the heat and they kindly let us bring the dogs into the ac office and gave them water while we waited. Highly recommend.

I took my van in for some (suggested by friends) issues with the front end. Ed and Darren took a look and told me that would not fix the issue and suggested a simple wheel alignment, tire change and balance.. issue solved, and for much less then I was expecting.. very honest and trustworthy shop and I will be going back for any future needs.. highly recommend for any vehicle related issues.. Staff and owner were all very genuine and upfront. Check these guys out!!

Traveling across country and needed our van serviced. 78 Auto and Tire provided us with exceptional service and we are beyond grateful for them accommodating us even in their tight schedules. These guys rock! After a very unfortunate day, I suffered some severe vehicle issues which required a tow. Not knowing who to choose, I'm glad I selected the fine folks at 78 Auto! After an overnight part ship from Vancouver they got the vehicle rolling again so I could get home. Great service, great attitude, great people working and great value! Thanks 78 Auto for bringing some sunshine to the gloomy trip! You guys went above and beyond.

On a recent visit to the city my wife had some trouble with her vehicle. While driving on circle drive she drove over something and it pierced the fuel tank. She took her car to this shop and they looked after her in unbelievable fashion. Took the car in and accessed the situation, ordered the part from salvage and replaced the fuel tank for her. Gave her a loaner vehicle to use until they had the car finished. What unbelievable service!! I will recommend this place to everyone!! You guys have my future business. I can not thank you enough!!

The gentleman is very friendly and helpful even they are very busy still help inflate the tire.

I originally came to 78 Auto to get my out-of-province vehicle inspected. When it failed, I was in quite a panic, but Darren kindly pointed me in all the right directions for where to get the necessary repairs. Whatever repairs could be done at their shop were done well, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I was very thankful to Darren and the team for guiding me through the whole stressful inspection process.

10/10! Prompt, honest, and friendly service.I was impressed with how quickly 78 Auto was able to get me in (day of within a couple of hours), and was even more impressed with their friendly service. I originally chose to go to their shop because of the reasonable pricing for a DRL change. When I got there, the mechanic determined that it was only a coding error in my vehicle and corrected it without charge. He then was open to talk about something else he noticed, the pricing, and the reality of the urgency for the repair. Overall, very happy with my experience and I will certainly be back for any future repairs I need!
