Sam and Crew

Large tree located on the edge of my property was dead and in need of removal. A whole tree branch fell on my chimney and damaged the entire side. I called several chimney companies and was puzzled with some of the quotes I received. I finally contacted Sam from Sam and Crew and I believe I was very lucky to go with them. The final work was outstanding. The clean up was superior. Weather postponed job couple of times but now I have a new chimney with 5 years warranty. Thank you Sam !!

Fantastic job. I asked for an estimate to repair and pave a foundation outside that was long overdue. They were released the following day, and I immediately had a quotation. Sam completed the work in a single day that same week, and it appears fantastic. He was competent and effective, and he left the area spotless after his work was finished. Stone slabs on stairs lifting up, corner of 40 year old house damaged due to corner lot. Sam did a first class job staying 13 hours all day long until finished. He was very diligent in his work and kept double checking all his work with levels on the stairs and the brickwork to ensure accuracy. I would recommend this firm to anyone in the Toronto area if they needed work done.

After several years of having to live with a leak in my kitchen that was coming from the roof, Sam and his crew came to the rescue. I had my roof replaced in 2018 and in the spring of 2019 we discovered a leak coming through my kitchen window area. Then the pandemic hit and nobody wanted to come around. Several roofing companies looked at it and said it was the skylight. We had Sam and Crew come out and replace the skylight. Still had the leak. More roofing companies later and skylight still blamed. Finally Sam checked it out himself and determined the leak was coming from roof above window. He repaired the area and finally no leaks. Thank you guys for a wonderful job and piece of mind. You were awesome and very professional.

Very professional company with timely site visit, job estimate, scheduling and completion. For the chimney rebuild the bricks matched perfectly for our 40 year old home. In addition to the rebuild the crew ground out 
some grouting on the brick faced front entrance landing and replaced it to match the old grouting. Job well done Sam!
