A very good management of the business which offers a very healthy options, organic items, fresh veggies and so on. Helpful staffs as well. I love the variety of organic soaps and the organic detergents. Good place to stop by for a quick grab of eateries as well.Vegan cake is my favorite in the bakery section, although I cannot complain about nothing. Thank you!

I have come to this whole foods location many times for the pre-made lunches which are great. I work in the area so it is convenient to grab one of these and go. Unfortunately, the prices for these lunches has went from $10.99 to $14 which on occasion is fine but if you want it consistently makes a big difference.The other downside to this location is the burrito bar. It is $11 for probably one of the least flavourful burrito’s in all the land. The only sauce is sour cream, so if you don’t like that you aren’t getting anything. There is no salsa, and the guac tastes like it is from a tube. Avoid the burrito bar if you like flavour.

I bought a croton plant in 2022 from the Whole Foods at Solo District. I had a lot of experience in taking care of this type of plant. The last two ones I bought was from the Home Depot (last for 5+yrs) and Save on Foods (last for 3+yrs and is still beautiful). However the one I got from Whole Foods died in one year. I know they have the three months' return policy. I just want to send the product feedback via their website but I was unable to do so. The customer service representative told me there is nothing they can do. Feel very weird.

I purchased a variety of items, including some vegan cheeses but I was extremely disappointed with one of them since it had mold! I found it especially odd because the expiry date wasn’t for another month, still $7 down the drain. As for the store itself, it seemed to be a nice place with a good selection but expensive prices.

I've been a regular customer at Whole Foods Market in Brentwood for a while now, but I mainly go there to buy cakes for our monthly workplace birthdays. I have to say, the bakery department is exceptional! The cakes are always fresh, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff at the bakery are very professional and always provide great customer service.One thing that I appreciate about this Whole Foods location is that they offer half an hour of free parking.While I can't speak to the other departments at the store, my experiences with the bakery have been consistently positive. If you're in the Brentwood area and looking for a reliable place to get delicious cakes for any occasion, I highly recommend Whole Foods Market

Very well organized and doesn't feel crowded except near the Bakery Section due to the Holiday Kiosks setup in the area.Had 2 hour parking and cashier gave full refund. Great Customer Service! Well Done Whole Foods! Keep it up!Have been shopping at Whole Foods since I lived in Texas when there were only a handful of Health food stores and very glad to have them in Vancouver area.Would love to see WF add a couple in the Suburbs as well?

Medium sized whole foods market. It is conveniently located in the Brentwood area of Burnaby between all the new highrises. Pricing is competitive, but when items are on sale, they beat prices of Save-On-Foods across the street from here. The cold and warm food here is notice-worthy. I got a small box and still managed to be surprised with the end price after weighing at checkout, haha. This premade food section can add up real fast. I had a very calm afternoon here, plenty of space to enjoy my lunch in a nice place.

Overall good whole foods. Everyone knows em and loves em. The only thing this whole foods is missing is a PROPER hot bar. Sometimes it is nice to pop in and not have to cook anything and just basically eat from whole foods. It is cheaper than going out and in the whole foods I usually go to it is decently good food. However this whole foods has few items and the items are kind of bad. That is all. If they had to improve one thing that would be the one thing to improve. Because a lot of other aspects in this whole foods are light years ahead of what I am used to.

I wanted to purchase the vegan muffins but they were going to expire the next day. I asked the staff if they have a fresh batch in the back and she said we will not make anymore till these sell. Most stores discount them but apparently whole foods does not. I had to pay the full price of 8.49 for only 4 muffins which would expire the next day. This is just price gouging since they are the only ones in the area with vegan muffins. Next time I have decided to go somewhere else even if the drive is longer.

I do almost all my grocery shopping at this location since it’s just across the street from my place but I’m so disappointed with their customer service today ( April 24th around 1:15 pm) The lady ( her name is Cherry) who I asked to help me find an item was incredibly rude! I was talking to her and she was walking away saying that the item was out of stock and it WAS NOT! I was looking for a pumpkin can which I got from there just 2 days ago and remembered they had plenty of them in stock. As she was being so rude I said that I wouldn’t leave the store without it so she called someone else to help me and was very annoyed on the phone with that person. The guy came quickly and very politely showed me where the item was. Must be really bad having customers interested in buying your products. I guess we shouldn’t bother their staff and go shopping somewhere else. This is not the first time that same lady is rude to me so today I decided to leave this review. Also, when I was grabbing other stuff after that I saw her doing the same to another customer. That is, she’s definitely in the wrong place. Hopefully, it might help her get some customer service training.
